Improving the setup of our LoveAdmin system
Anya gave me excellent advice on how to implement an upcoming competition for which we need members to be able to register. She also went way beyond the original topic of discussion and showed me how to improve our configuration for attendance registers, setting up an external Couch to 5K course we are organising and limiting the amount of data visible to "partial" admins. Our athletics club has been using LoveAdmin for nearly a year. They were great helping us get set up initially and training us on the system. Since then, every time we have a question or problem, their team responds quickly, patiently, and thoroughly. LoveAdmin is a good product, but their customer service is excellent.

Always helpful - get past the bot !
Always helpful and always quick to respond, I've never been left with anything unresolved. The inital resposne seems to come from a Bot and so far has never answered the query I have raised. Once you get a real person their responses and support are bombproof.

Horrible app
Horrible app, has so many bugs on IOS version and account creation was a mess . Didn’t want to create my account on such a buggy application. Seems fraud at first look . Don’t have basic checks in place.

There are no known issues that could explain this level of frustration and therefore we would be very keen to find out more from you. A great company with great customer service. Really has help me reduce admin, increase reliability of fee collection and give both me and my end user great functionality. Always bringing updates to ensure they are providing a too quality service. I would say the number 1 member management software for sports clubs around.

Not the greatest business. Money was taken in error using loveadmin and they didn't do the right thing and just refused to refund or sort the issue. Had to claim back through Paypal.

It’s important to clarify that LoveAdmin are the software service provider only, and do not request payments or manage finances on behalf of the organisations using our services.
We’re sorry to understand a payment was requested to you in error by the organisation you had a membership with. PayPal offer a dispute service to protect payers for this very reason, and we’re pleased to understand there was a successful resolution.
Useful membership software
Really pleased with how it operates and am finding my way round its functionality. I cannot always find help online when I need it, but support provided from the LoveAdmin team is excellent.
We find that emails from LoveAdmin often go into the receivers' junk or spam folder, due to the name of the software - unfortunate name choice! This means they sometimes miss important messages.

Regarding the emails - by default, the system sends emails from mail@loveadmin.com but we can adjust a setting so emails are sent from your domain (which improves email delivery rates). We'll be very happy to step you through that process.
Reference the online help - we have a full online Knowledge Centre. You can find it in the main menu when you're logged in to your online account.

I love Loveadmin!
Loveadmin have really revolutionised collecting payments for my business. I have a dance school and no longer a headache getting payments off people and keeping track of everything. The system is amazing - it does so much! It’s made my admin life sooo much easier. The team are all so friendly and only at the end of the phone. I Would fully recommend them to any club!
