Breach of guidelines
I was a complete novice with my home…
I was a complete novice with my home bar and these guys have been excellent. I've had a few problems with my set up and Charles has gave me advice on how to sort the issues. I've set this up myself and only brought the kegs from them so they didn't have to spend the time helping me but they did. Customer service from this company is brilliant from Charles to the delivery I really can't rate these guys anough. This is how you should run a business. Focused on customer service and not just about taking your money.

Ordered the wrong keg…
I’ve ordered a few kegs now and the service is spot on! Driver always calls when he arrives and most of the time I’m not in so he may have to wait 5-10 minutes but nothing is ever an issue! I recently ordered 4% Stella instead of my normal 4.6% one by mistake. It wasn’t until it was delivered and I tried connecting it to find it takes a different coupler! I contacted Charles and he was very quick to respond. Although it was my mistake they changed the keg and didn’t charge a change over charge or re-delivery fee! Fantastic company and I’ll continue to use them!

Got quick responses to my technical questions before placing the order which was a great help. The guys faced some problems on the delivery day but still got my order to me on time.
Guy that delivered was warm and explained all, nice guy.
Also a decent price which fairly cheap delivery regardless of whether I needed 1 or 2 kegs.
Great stuff all round and definitely using again so highly recommended.

Thoroughly awful service
Thoroughly awful service. They provided the wrong set up for the chiller and gas, and we had no beer at our event as a result, and when we asked for a refund, they refused, blaming us for moving the equipment - despite setting up the gas in the first place. I would look elsewhere for equipment hire, and based on ethics, would not use this company again at all.

We have explained our position via email to you and it is disapointing you have chosen to leave this review which we believe misrepresents the reality of the situation.
There was nothing wrong with the equipment we provided. After collection this equipment was checked over and went out to another event straight away that went off without any issues.
You ordered this equipment to be delivered to your address so you could take it to a venue and set it up yourself. A member of the team spent half an hour with you at your address talking over the system with you. When you set the kit up at the venue the gas regulator was not tightened onto the bottle properly and the gas leaked out during your event, when it was checked out of the workshop the system in question was supplied with enough gas to dispense in excess of 150 litres - ample for the 30L keg you were using.
We have noted that upon checking the system and once the keg was weighed it was over half drunk so "no beer" is some what overstating the facts of the matter.
We cannot accept liability for mistakes made by clients who specifically requested to set the equipment up themselves. I am going to review our processes to make sure that the process for self set up of equipment is crystal clear but we have done multiple systems this summer where the equipment has needed to be set up in a different location to the delivery address and noone else has managed to incorrectly attached the regulator.

Ordering is simple, and delivery schedule is always advised in advance and always delivered to time!
Nothing is too much trouble for them either! Always deliver my barrels right to the bar at the bottom of the garden!
Having found this wonderful small business, I would never use anyone else now!
