My now fiancé ordered my engagement ring from LovBe and it’s absolutely stunning. I constantly get compliments on how pretty and sparkly it is. It was a little too big, but they resized it for free and we didn’t even have to pay for shipping. Now it fits perfect. I can’t stop staring at it.

While the rings I ordered from this company were beautiful, the customer service was not. I purchased two rings (an engagement ring and a wedding band) in two separate transactions (one through Rare Carat, and one on my own, directly with LovBe). I received them in one shipment, and after a few days, decided to return the wedding band. Originally, Alyce offered to create something custom, and after the projected timeline for designs came and went, I was told they were busy and it would be longer. I ended up finding something locally, so I just returned the band for a refund. Eventually, I decided that I wanted to return the engagement ring as well. I was still within 60 days of delivery, and after my first two requests were ignored, my third request was answered telling me that each customer can only “return one sku,” so I was not eligible to return my ring. Their website does explain their return policy, which does state that each US customer is permitted “up to one exchange.” I was not asking to exchange, and had I known that this was the case, I never would have ordered both rings from them in the first place. The peace of mind that comes with a 60 day return policy was what convinced me to purchase my ring online in the first place. This is a pretty awful way to do business, and the curt tone of the email did not help the situation at all. Definitely do not recommend.

I ordered a ring and was very happy with the result. The ring was delivered and was a little loose but Alyce was great and got the ring fixed and back to me in about a week. Would highly recommend.

I made a custom order with Lovbe and couldn't be more happy with my experience. I requested to have the loose stone sent to me so that I can take a look at it before mounting it on. They didn't hesitate and took care of the shipping charges. The staff was accommodating and made sure my ring was made exactly the way I wanted. The diamond is absolutely gorgeous. I would definitely recommend them!

I bought a diamond from LovBe back in October. It was beautiful and a great value! Alyce was nice enough to hold onto it for me until I found out my gf's ring size and she was very helpful! My fiancée loved the ring and she is now my wife! :)

I was nervous to order from lovbe.com due to the limited reviews. However, I was on a budget for my ring upgrade. I am stunned by the ring I received. I had so many doubts and second thoughts after purchasing! Now, that it’s here I know I made the right choice. It’s breathtaking! Beautiful 1 carat emerald cut rose gold ring!

My ring and diamond are stunning! The staff at LovBe went out of their way to make sure that my ring was shipped on time since I was leaving town. I had never considered a lab grown diamond in the past and am so glad I did this time. I will never pay mined diamond prices again. The diamond certificates available with LovBe show where the flaws are on each diamond so I was able to make a better decision on which stone I wanted (other sites don't have this shown on the certificates). I found LovBe through Rare Carat and am so glad that I did. I highly recommend LovBe and will be shopping with them again.

I spent about a month searching for an elongated radiant cut diamond. I specifically wanted a radiant cut diamond with a length width ratio of at least 1.45 and a size between .8 to 1 carat and there were very little radiant cut diamonds that fit those parameters. I ended buying one from this company and paid 150 dollar fee to begin a custom setting design process. I had the worst experience with Alyce from this company. I thought I would be able to make as many changes as I'd like to the setting but after 4 changes she was getting irritated with me and basically said I was cheap. I specifically went with them because the diamond was exactly what I wanted and the price was really good but apparently I didn't spend enough money to be a priority. She made the whole design process awful. Also I had no idea that if you try to compare companies after beginning the custom setting process they just stop designing your setting and don't tell you. The ring I pictured had beautiful little details down the sides and they made little swirls that I didn't like and they didn't change it after I said I didn't like the swirls they made. I ended up having them refund the diamond I bought and went with a 4 thousand dollar ring from brilliant earth instead. They were not worth the trouble even though their diamonds are beautiful and 20 percent cheaper than most places. I would avoid going with a custom setting from this place. They're rude, don't answer questions and just give you every excuse they can when you don't like something.

I picked a stunning emerald lab grown diamond even more beautiful in person. It arrived promptly with diamond certificate. I had another jeweler check the authenticity of the diamond it is real. I would definitely purchase from LovBe again or recommend a friend to purchase.

After extensive research on genuine mined diamonds, lab grow diamonds, and simulated diamonds, and the comparison in price and value, my fiance and myself decided to go with a lab grown diamond. LovBe has, hands down, the best price and value to match. Good, clean, honest business and excellent customer service. The piece that we picked out is absolutely stunning in every way. Truly, the perfect ring. The clarity, size, sparkle is eye catching. I've received many compliments and can't stop admiring it myself.

I bought from LovBe through RareCarat and it was a very smooth and easy process. They focus on the end product, not so much on the presentation, which makes them less expensive. And may I say, their end product is amazing, at a much better price! My fianceé is VERY happy with the ring and so am I!

I know diamonds. The new lab grown diamonds are a game changer. You can now buy diamonds that in the past you couldn't even hope to afford. I used to buy only GIA diamonds. But now, blue diamonds that would cost $100,000 a natural carat can now be had for under $2000. I ordered a Rouind .40 Ideal Cut D VVS2 lab diamond from LovBe. It arrived very promptly and it is very high quality and really sparkles. If this was a natural diamond, it would be many multiple times the price of $340.
