I’d give zero stars if I could. Ordered shoes over 2 months ago and have never received. Tracking link provided does not work; company says they have lost ability to track as well. Have multiple emails with company and have asked for refund 3 times due to not receiving my order. Now disputing with my bank to try and get my money back. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM; scammers!
My purchase of trainers were too small so I wanted to send them back.
Even though they said on their website that they provided a return label, they did not.
Instead they said I could keep the goods and they would still give me a full refund.
They have not actioned my return and are now not responding to my emails.
Do not purchase anything from this company.
Order took over 4 weeks to deliver , no one could advise tracking details that worked .
Arrived goods were damaged.
No way of making a return and getting a refund without contacting the 24/7 email address - still waiting a response a week later after multiple emails.
This was a gift that arrived too late and cost over £100 I am now out of pocket and cannot get anyone to advise where to return items to .
