Unhelpful sizing and customer service approach
I came across the ‘cuddle me’ robe online. Interested enough in this, I checked the sizing. The sizing states XS-S and M-L, equivalent to a UK 4-8 and 10-16, quite a wide range. I contacted customer services for more information before placing an order to make sure I would be happy with the fit, and requested garment dimensions.
I was astonished to be told ‘I am unable to share measurements of our cuddle me dressing gown due to strict manufacturing regulations.’
Other retailers have this information readily available on their websites, so to be told this when I have taken the trouble to request this ahead of making a purchase is somewhat bizarre.

Really frustrated with this company, they’re so expensive for basically SHEIN quality products and their refund cost is ridiculous. I was extremely upset with my order so I wanted a refund, to return my products it would cost me $35 so it isn’t even worth getting a refund. Really disappointed since I spent over $100 :(

Absolutely shocking customer service and experience with purchasing from this company. My item was delivered to the wrong address by the courier who admitted fault for this and so told me to contact loungewear for a refund. I contacted the “customer service” which could be done my email only, I waited days for a reply and 1 month on I still don’t have my item and I have paid for it and have no refund!!! Dpd told them they delivered to the correct address despite me providing proof this couldn’t be the case and loungewear are still insisting I have my item. DO NOT BUY from this company.

Order $170 worth of products
Order $170 worth of products. The estimated delivery time was between 5 and 15 business days. The items were purchased on 28th November and today is the 28th December. I got into contact with lounge around 12 business days in as the item was still located in London. I was informed that the package had experienced what they would like to describe as a couriers technical glitch and that they would send out a fresh order. When questioned if the new order would be upgraded to express postage as the items were purchased for a birthday present on the 19th December. My response was very delayed and the so called customer experience executive then informs me that the package was again back on track because it was then scanned in another facility at London. 15 business days go by. Still no package received I send another email to which I am offered a "Sorry" and 15% off my next order. Hey guys, news flash I won't be ordering off of you guys again if it takes an entire month to get goods in the first place and takes anywhere from 1 - 3 business days to get a reply about "enquiries" wouldn't recommend nor would I purchase any gifts from Lounge. As of the 28th of December I cannot comment on the quality of the items pruchase, however as you could imagine I won't be holding my breath 🤣

They stole my money I ordered 12 things and they sent me one and a half. Not even the entire outfit showed up. I disputed with my credit card company, and they disputed back and kept the money. I am empty handed now and I am try to figure out how not to owe them.

I totally understand how frustrating this must all be for you and I promise I am doing everything I can at this time to help.
Basically weather conditions/restrictions in Canada are causing some pretty severe delays at the moment, which we are well aware of and which I can completely appreciate are not ideal for you.
I totally understand why you want your refund now and I do want to assure you if your parcel has not been updated by the 9th I would be happy to issue you with that. A large bulk of our parcels have since updated, and are now reaching our customers. These do not update at all and then all of a sudden show as delivered.
We are sure you will be receiving your parcel which is why we are currently holding off on the refund but we do want to assure you that you will absolutely NOT be left empty-handed. We will deal with your fraud dispute in this same way.

I ordered my package for Christmas 2 weeks in advance or 3 they said it would come in time well it took a long time and i couldn't track my order when I had emailed them I can not trace my package to which they had fixed it, they said I wait and now waiting for the final position after Christmas, still nothing. The brand looks so cool, but I’ve never received my order!!
The delivery service is really bad..
They told me my order was in my mail box, but nothing was there, I checked 1 hour next that I received the mail of confirmation, and nobody can tell me where is my order actually. 1 month later I still have nothing, and nobody accept to give me back my money or to send again the order.
I can’t understand how they can treat their customers like that and I don’t recommend you to buy on this website.

For spending so much money I would expect better delivery service!
I have ordered from many clothing brands from the UK this year and none had such an awful delivery service.
And I know they post about delivery being late due to covid and etc.. but we are past this 14 working days period and there is still no trace of my order.
Orders from other shops in UK come in a week or two plus the customs paperworks. And here I am past 3 weeks still waiting to hear about my parcel with no update for over almost week and a half.
