Very disappointed in this purchase, I ordered earrings for my nieces 21st birthday, the packaging was dreadful, the presentation box was all bashed in, I paid extra for a special nessage card which they didn’t include & the earrings themselves were not worth what I paid for them. Very dissatisfied & returning immediately.

A year after my dad bought me a beautiful pair of huggie 14k gold earrings from them, I contacted them to replace a lost earring due to the closure breaking. It would have been easy for them to charge me another €70 for a new pair of earrings (that I would’ve happily paid!) but they sent me a replacement pair for free to the UK! Fantastic customer service from a beautiful Irish brand, thank you so much! Customer for life.
