Absolutely do not buy! Horrible rash from earrings and necklaces, I normally tolerate both steel and gold - my ears and neck are reacting to cheap copper/nickel jewellery with these pieces. I don’t... See more

Poor quality/ Customer Service horrible

Out of 7 items received only 2 are in good condition.
The necklaces broke within the first 2 weeks, rings are all too small, bracelet is too small and made of rubber.
Poor quality, they market it as high end jewelry but it’s very cheaply made. Honestly even my jewelry from Shein lasted longer.
Customer service didn’t care, they expect you to return items at your own cost. Thus far no return, exchange or credit store was provided as they simply do not care
I will never order from this company again.

Looove them!

Looove them!! I’ve been wearing the bracelets and necklaces I bought from them EVERY SINGLE DAY. I personally choose to remove them to shower because I don’t trust the hard water where I live. They look exactly how they did when I bought them, and I get plenty of compliments ☺️
The only caveat I’ve found with them is that the stainless steel allows them to get extremely hot around heat (including the sun) and so they must be removed as to not burn oneself. For the price, this on caveat is worthwhile.
Size down on the rings. I can’t wear the rings daily bc they are personally too big and heavy for me, I think gold is much lighter than steel.
Also, customer has been awesome and reliable (I once had to make a couple of changes on my order).
I 100% recommend their jewelry and have bought some to gift as well.

Quality not good

Both rope necklace, the Roman coin necklace (which broke in one week) and braided bracelet are super brassy. I paid $12 for 5 pairs of earrings from an Amazon seller that are absolutely beautiful and no one would ever suspect. They match perfectly my real pieces. I’m very disappointed in the quality of the Louise Carter products.

Bracelet disappointing

Jewelry was nice but my bracelet is way too small. It looks like it's for a child's wrist. Also the toggle is too small, it won't close. The rest of the jewelry is beautiful

Not holding up well a month in

The pieces I received were affordable and beautiful, just as pictured! My issue is that I have had them less than a month, and one of my bracelets (one I have worn maybe 5 times) already has that cheap "metallic" smell, and one of the crystals on another bracelet has fallen out after only 10 wears. Feeling a little disappointed because the promised quality of the items isn't matching my experience wearing them.

I love my Jewelry! But a necklace concen

I love my Jewelry and look forward to ordering more! I gave a 3 star because of a necklace issue which has me nervous for ordering more necklaces in the future. The dainty birthstone necklace I ordered -all jump rings tarnished- including the one holding the pendent. My current heart necklace the jump ring also tarnished. So it seems cheaper quality is used there which for the birthstone pendent needed to be returned as it’s obvious - my heart necklace I kept (I love it) and the jump ring hides in the back so I deal with it.
So all that to say- I love my pieces- I haven’t taken them off!!! But I’ll be nervous to order necklaces in future with concerns about poor quality jump rings which holds the jewelry together. I hope this simple issue can be resolved. Thanks so much for such beautiful long lasting jewelry! I’m hoping to order again for Mother’s Day!

Good, not GREAT.

I ordered a 7 piece set from them and will say the products are beautiful! They wear well and I am highly allergic to metals and have had no issue with these which I am very grateful for!

I did order the tennis bracelet and the tightening mechanism doesn't stay tight at all. I am already unable to wear it and it has been a month. Also I ordered the fidget ring and am already losing diamonds on it.

The quality is good, but not amazing. I wanted to be able to wear these all the time and am a little disappointed.
