I absolutely love them! I ordered a bundle and all of the jewelry was amazing and BEAUTIFUL! I did however get sent the wrong ring and I DMed them about it and they were able to get me the right product and more 🙌 there team is absolutely amazing, kind and sweet, everything you could ever want in a company! Waste of Time and Money
Horrible customer service and incompetent last mile delivery partner. I sent an email on June 14, 2026 since Yanwen already lost my Atolea package by leaving it outside our gated apartment. I wanted to avoid the same situation with Louise Carter. Dane of customer service responded to me on the day of delivery June 18, 2026. Sure enough, Yanwen again left the package in an unsecured area. From June 18 to June 23, 2026, I have been asking for a refund but they want a reshipment and can't explain to me how the package will get to me if Yanwen is still their last mile courier. They also kept closing my ticket even though I have been corresponding with Dane, Erika and Kim for the last 6 days. Do not purchase from this vendor. At least Atolea refunded my purchase amount when they saw that Yanwen left my package on top of a mailbox outside of our gated apartment from the delivery picture.

This business has given me the runaround saying my order has been delivered. I have provided screen shots of my payment transaction, they sent no email confirmation of my order, no email stating my order number. I have no idea where my order is but best you guess, that the payment processed! I have kept a complete log of my credit card transactions including the only thing I can look up is a tracking number which they cannot find! But yet state its delivered. I have written a formal email disputing the payment and requesting a full refund but they seem to be crickets over there and I don't hear anything back. DO NOT BUY from this place. Actually, spread the word around all social media platforms. They have some good marketing floating around but most of them are fake!

I honestly gave them the benefit of the doubt my first time ever purchasing from them and I have to say it is truly a scam non of the items looked the same on photos. I even received a broken crack bracelet, super super flimsy quality, it doesn’t even look gold it’s copper it looks worn like they just sent over someone else old batch. I tired to do a return but end up not getting the full refund, do to their policy on earrings that I didn’t even bother to open or wear any of the items, waste of money and time. I was truly disappointed. Amazon jewelry is better than this. Even worst I have to pay for my own return label which. Not very professional-other than that I guess customer service was good quick response that’s about it.
They did try to offer me store credit and keep the broken piece which to me is pointless.

Placed my order on 5/26 and received an email the following day that the order shipped with a tracking number. Realized products were shipped from China and after three weeks the products never shipped. Asked multiple times for tracking updates and was told they’d reship the order. Never happened be very careful with this company. Still waiting on refund.

Broken Bracelet Resolution
I ordered a bracelet from Louise Carter. In three weeks, it broke. I reached out to customer service and they answered me within the same hour. I was pleasantly surprised. Then I was able to correspond with the associate in real-time. Every few minutes I got a response via email. I thought it was going to take a few days. I'm so relieved. They offered me a refund, store credit, or a replacement. I went with the refund. Then, I got a lovely surprise: a $20 coupon! I will definitely keep this experience in mind. So far though, my other 6 pieces of jewelry have held up.

Amazing customer service!! I’ve placed two orders and love this jewelry! I never take it off. One of my orders I needed help with and received an email response right away. They made the edits to my order and communicated every step.

Erika responded me promptly and I was able to resolve the issue. My rings were too big and she was able to make my return experience smoothly. There are so many jewelry site but those experience makes me want to shop as I feel protected.
