I really like Louisa's manner and she's very warm and friendly, but I prefer a more evidential medium. I need to be convinced which spirit she's connecting with. In my reading it could have been 1 of 3 people so that made me feel skeptical about the information that came through. She latched on to information I suggested. It was way too vague for me.

Louisa is highly professional and so accurate in her readings. She has confirmed so many aspects of my own perceptions.
