I did not receive the goods I ordered
I did not receive the goods I ordered. The invoice in the box (which was opened when delivered) was correct but I received some lighting products instead of the the fork seals I ordered. I contacted your company and asked for the seals to be sent urgently but I must now return the goods I received before my correct order will be dispatched. This is delaying the work I need to do on my bike even further.

Orderd a C5 schbert helmet on tuesday morning23/9/25 And it was deliverd on sat morn 27/9/25. From germany to south east of ireland. Really for the distance i dont think you could get better that that as ordinary post.
