Love love my rings. They are beautiful!! They are a little big but I knew that they would be. My ring size is 3.75 and the smallest size hit carry is a 4. You did not disappoint that’s for sure.

It filled my expectations

I took advantage of the buy-2-get-1 promotion and ended up with two beautiful rings—a sapphire ring and a transparent simulated diamond ring—and I couldn’t be happier with both. The sapphire ring looks quite authentic and the simulated diamond is much prettier in person.

I did run into a hiccup with my order—PayPal defaulted to an old shipping address, and I was worried after reading some reviews about slow customer service. Louily responded quickly (in one days) and updated my address in time.

I received my rings in Los Angeles on July 18, 2025, after placing the order on July 4.

Hope this review helps anyone who are considering to buy a simulated diamond ring from Louily.

I was skeptical because of the low price. However, when I received my rings, they were as described and as beautiful as the picture showed. Also the packaging was amazing. Recommend!

The rings are beautiful with an attention getting sparkle & style. The ordering process & delivery were both quick & easy. My ring size is between 4.5-5.0. I ordered a size 5 in all my rings because I was fearful that a 4.5 wouldn’t go over my knuckle or would be too tight since I would be wearing a total of 4 rings/thin bands. I wish I could’ve gotten at least one ring (the solitaire especially) of the set in a smaller size to decrease the spinning on my finger otherwise they are perfect.

Beautiful and looks exactly as pictured. Bought this because my actual wedding band and engagement ring don’t fit my postpartum finger. This set is similar to my real one and looks great. Will use it for travel, as well.

The ring is better quality than I expected!

I ordered a 3 carat green pariba tourmaline and it’s gorgeous! The color is a little off but I’m absolutely in love with it!!!! It took a little over 10 days to get but totally worth it! Wish I’d done the BOGO but I’ll definitely be buying again! Thank you so much 😊!

Beautiful ring, arrived quickly!

I've purchased jewelry from them a few times now, and the quality has always been great. People compliment my rings all of the time. My most recent purchase unfortunately has a shipping issue, and when I reached out to Louily, they sent me a new one right away.

I bought rings on buy one get one free offer. Wheb the rings arrived the rings looked so cheap and the stones did not match the description I messaged the seller for refund I was told to send them. Back to China at my own expense which cost me £28 tracked and signed for Still Waiting for the refund I have provided tracking number with royal mail RN729088895GB.
They tried to offer me a partial. Refund of $38 dollars when the ring cost $148

I’ve purchased from this place a couple of times now, and every experience has been fantastic. Most recently, I bought a travel ring because I prefer not to travel with my actual wedding ring — and I’m so impressed once again! The quality is outstanding. The ring is incredibly shiny and sparkly, with a beautiful diamond look that catches the light perfectly. It honestly looks and feels like a much more expensive piece.

Their prices are very reasonable for the quality you get, and the customer service has always been top-notch — friendly, responsive, and helpful. The packaging is also lovely and secure, which makes the whole experience feel extra special. I’ll definitely continue coming back for more pieces!
