Just recieved my Japanese incense today. Wow! What a gorgeous scent. The incense is pure & I have searched long, far and wide for this. I contacted Lotus Zen Incense regarding my order. They were prompt in getting back to me. Delivery was on time & tracked. 10/10 in all regards. This is where I'll buy my incense from now on.

I have only just found Lotus Zen. I am extremely impressed with the Beautiful Japenese Incence I have purchased. Every fragrance has filled my whole home. The incence does not smoke a lot. Plus hardly drops . The Customer Service was excellent- I received extremely quickly. The price point is excellent for the high quality. I would highly recommend

Lotus zen have some of the best incense I've come across, really excellent quality. Quickly shipped and beautifully wrapped! If you want fine Japanese or Indian incense, as it should be with delicious centuries old recipes, this is the company for you. Exquisite fragrances with quality ingredients.

I have been buying from lotus zen incense for just a short time now, 2 orders in total with 7 boxes that I have bought, all amazing, and AMAZING customer service, just, out of this world. I bought 4 boxes of nice incense that I was wanting to try and they didnt have one of the Mothers India Meera incense scent, so they replaced it with ganesh mothers india (so same brand, which is a good brand really recommend), but not only that, THEY GAVE ME A FREE BOX OF TEMPLE OF INCENSE MYSORE SANDALWOOD... this would usually run you £9 per 20 stick box, amazing, so all in all I paid for 4 boxes (got a different scent but from the same brand) and they even added on one of the best sandalwood incense's they have for free... everyone in the UK, please, please go to this vendor they are out. of. this. world. Very kind of them to do so. Thank you Lotus Zen, you have a forever customer!!!

Lotus Zen incense are really well made with a good selection of aromatherapy flavours, I bought the coconut and Japanese incense.
Its great to know that all the raw materials are from natural sources and that they replant trees for every one used.

This is my go-to for high quality Japanese incense! I always buy the Cedarwood and Lavender Nippon Kodo Morningstar incense in packs of 50 which are very affordable about every 3 months. I just wish that my parcels would get shipped sooner as it takes 8 days for dispatch after order is placed.
