Strong doubt their so called portfolio performance they claim

I tried 6 months subscription of Lotusdew since Dec 2024 and had to stop my subscription as their suggested portfolio gave me a loss of 20% invested capital while the leading mutual funds gave close to 4% returns during the corresponding period. Secondly, I felt that their client engagement is very pathetic. During the turbulent period of Dec 2024 to Mar/April 2025, they hardly engaged their clients except 1-2 short customer calls (no email communication on their portfolio performance to give confidence to their clients). Once you subscribe, their sales team just vanishes and their client engagement team is non existent.
