Declined services for an NDIS participant
I asked for services on 06/04/2021 for steam cleaning for an NDIS participant and supports were declined.
The operator over the phone said 'cash or card only' and I confirmed this can be done but then he said 'Sorry I can't do' and he hang up on me.
This must have been the worst interaction when hiring supports for NDIS participants.
