My meeting was scheduled on the same day and my rep was helpful and had access to local information. She understood the pressures of elder care and was concerned for me as well. I received good advice and information about services that I didn’t even know about. Very pleased with this first contact.

Eva helped my Mum and I with searching through care options for my Nan during a very trying time where we kept hitting dead ends within the local social service system. She was very knowledgeable and empathetic towards the situation and had many good ideas on how to ensure we could help get Nan out of being "stuck in the system".
Eva always communicated promptly and clearly to both myself and my Mum individually and on group calls throughout the process.
Nan unfortunately passed away a couple of months later but due to Eva and the team, we were able to explore different options before getting her home and comfortable where she was able to pass away peacefully and with dignity, which meant a lot to us all.

Eva did a great job of listening, asking clarifying questions, and then giving the right advice. She promptly followed up with a very helpful email and useful documents. Whilst my specific query is not over (just the start of a journey) this gives me great confidence in the support & advice available as I navigate elderly care processes.

Such a helpful phone call - has advised me on funding issues and cleared up some of the incorrect information I’ve been given by others. So so helpful. I so glad I came across Lottie, has helped me shortlist good care providers and I can also go back to them for advice on what is a minefield of stuff to find out about arranging care for my dad. Advisor Klara was friendly, understanding and easy to talk to. She listened well and sent me helpful information about funding for respite care, which included a section on funding in Scotland, where funding provision is different from England.
A slight negative was that I found getting to the information on provision in Scotland online required some patience and perseverance, as, when I clicked that link, another window would appear over it asking for my needs all over again. It took a few minutes to work out how to uncover the information I was interested in.
Overall a positive experience.
