Still not received my items after 3 weeks this company took more from my card than agreed. They did pay the difference back but still no goods and i am concerned. I have been in touch with my bank to investigate
Just ordered a product from them, having seen the advert on Facebook. . It was £18.63 including delivery and insurance that I wasn’t given a choice of having. I paid and received the invoice for £18.63 but they actually took £23.29 from my credit card. I’m far from happy. I can’t find a phone number to contact them so have emailed them. I will leave another review once I have heard back from them.
Since the above post, I have received an email from the company saying that they would look into it. I added another comment on Facebook saying this, as I see it as a positive, only to receive a message saying that I couldn’t as my original comment had been removed by the owner. How bad is that. No wonder all the comments are good on there.
UPDATE They have now credited my card the £23.29 and charged the correct amount, so that's a relief. Now to see if the product arrives and is a good quality product. I'm upgrading the rating to 3.
