Slow delivery but cheap so like

Excellent service items arrived quickly and great quality but the sizing on some items is slightly out , I bought some xxl trousers which are really more like a 12. 2 of my items were short delivered and the refund was instant so no stress. Will be using them again

The products are great quality, great price...but the shipping is s**t...I bought with one day delivery and it comes in 4 days...Hermes are not professionals, they mess up everything everytime I order something from this site, don't want to think about when you put standard delivery, I bet it comes in 3 weeks.. And LOTD don't have a phone number! You need to email and they respond in one or 2 days! Really not happy with this kind of things...
