Disappoint by LOTD and Hermes
I didn’t receive the order after it being marked as delivered and signed for which was impossible as I was not home I was in London the whole day, then came home to find out that I had a Hermes card through the door saying it was in my porch which was locked but was not there so I don’t know where it is, I then tried to contact LOTD multiple times with no response. Very Disappointed.

Good prices and good clothes
This company is great! If you're looking for something cute and simply with a decent price then this is the place to order from. I got 3 skirts for £11.99 and they are super cute and good quality!! Very impressed and will be ordering from them again. :) <3

Cheap fast fashion
Cheap, fast fashion. Good promotions - regularly items for £5 or £2 and always sending coupon codes or discounts on website. I’ve bought loads of things from LOTD. The cons though are you literally get one wear out of the products - maybe two. The material is cheap, the products shrink and lose shape in the wash or the quality/stitching isn’t great. If your after something cheap to wear Once or twice you’ll love this site. If your after great quality this is not the place to shop. Sizing is also touch and go - I’m a size 12 and sometimes the garments are huge for the size or sometimes they are very small made it’s always a bit of a gamble!

Loose operating team department
Lotd don't have a contact number which they should considering they are so popular currently. I am having to chase them for my refund of £13.50 from order 1707113703 which they claim to have proccessed it but they clearly haven't.
The bank cannot ask you to give me my money back that's your job to do rightfully not be so difficult about it! I do think that lotd have done some kind of breach of act because I informed them that my card has changed so the £13.50 should go onto the new card not the old one because that is not in use anymore but they obviously just Don't want to take responsibility for theire mistake. I get the same responce but with different customer advisers names as if they copy and paste the previous responce which is very UNACCEPTABLE of them!!!
Before any of you lotd staff respond do your research before jumping into defence.
