My new fav art work!

The poster image was far too dark and impossible to make out unless you’re in the noonday sun. The image itself was also not perfectly centered. Poor quality framing of a poor image.

The poster I ordered is exactly what I wanted for a gift. It was packaged well and came on time.

Arrived quickly, great quality. Would order from them again!

I can't fault Lost Wall Art for trying to make things right (5 stars in that dept), but I was shipped the same full size movie poster in frame twice, and both times it arrived in substandard condition, the backing awry, the glazing points showing in front of the poster. They offered to send a third one, and I declined. I'd have preferred to have been given a discount rather than be given numerous lower quality frame jobs. It was fix-able, but it should have been done more substantially the first time. The paper the poster is reproduced on is very thin, the backing minimal so it's no wonder it falls apart in a box with only some paper and corner protection. But they were extremely generous in offering to replace again, and even again. The colors were exactly as shown online and this poster was cheaper by a mile than the other I saw of the same image, and free shipping. I wouldn't NOT do business with them again, but I'd maybe lower my expectations.
