A lovely company to deal with - due to being let down by a tradesman, I had to change my booked dates at the last minute and they changed it without any fuss. I also needed to have the skip for longer than standard, and again, they were happy to accommodate. Highly recommend. The online booking is really easy too.

Superb company to deal with. They always have availability and the communication is quick and accurate. Great booking system for ordering and the collection process was very easy and fast to complete. Best skip company for miles around!

Absolutely brilliant company. Customer service amazing best I have had in a long time. Ordered a maxi skip and had to ring for another one the day after skip was collected and new one brought. When calling for the skip to be picked up was picked up day after. I will be needing another some time next year will have no hesitation in using this company. When you call so pleasant especially Karen.

Ordered a skip & received same day. Very efficient, staff were polite when I phoned, driver very courteous about my property. Would definitely use again. Would 100% recommend.

Skip placed in private parking space outside my house at 7.45 am on a Saturday morning whilst I was asleep from shift work. Phoned company who said they could not move it that day due to all the drivers being out and they had put it in the spot requested by the builder who was using it on a other property. No attempt by driver to ask if skip could be placed there. Spoke to builder who disputed I owned the space. Showed him title deed to parking space at which point he became verbally abusive. Skip still here today Monday and no sign of it being moved off my property despite my proof of ownership. Not impressed with this company at all.

The lady on reception needs some training in customer care.. abrupt and impatient , perhaps too busy work load for one receptionist but not a nice experience

We have used Lostock Skip Hire on a few occasions and the office staff and the drivers alike have always been very polite and helpful. On the last occasion we made a request to place the skip as near to the back of the driveway as possible and even though we were not at the property at the time this was achieved.
I would recommend this company.

Skip hire was easy to organise. Delivery was on time and to the location specified by very polite & courteous drivers. Office staff were very helpful when we needed to order another skip. Very pleased with our experience so far.
