UPDATE (December 19th): I was able to get ahold of the company and their customer service team did get back to me (it did take like 3 months) but they apologized and said that they were busy with holiday orders. I was able to get my order sent again and they threw in an additional color by number canvas. Ultimately just relieved I will be receiving it after thinking I wasn’t going to.

So I was gifted a custom paint by numbers kit and loved it. After awhile the paint dried out and I contacted the company to see about replacing the paint. Customer service was quick to help me place a new order and I paid like $22 to do so. As soon as I paid I stopped receiving replies from their customer service team. A month goes by and I still have not received anything. Email their company simply asking for an update and no reaponse. After multiple emails and messaging their Instagram account I still have not received any response, update or shipping information/confirmation. It’s been two months now and just disappointed.

I would NEVER order from here again. After waiting WEEKS for my package, I decided to contact them via email with ZERO success. Loris paint won’t even bother to reply as they clearly don’t care about their customers or their reputation. I’ve been ignored for almost a month now with absolutely no idea about the status of my order. They have my money and I don’t have a birthday gift for my girlfriend in time and doubt it will ever come. They will fail you. DO NOT BUY FROM LORI PAINT!

The custom canvas, shipping time and price were all fine. However 6 out of the 22 paints I received were completely dried out. I attempted to rehydrate the paints like their blog says to do but it didn’t work at all. I then reached out to them via email and did get a response back but they made obtaining replacement paints soooo complicated. They asked for an order number.
Ok here you go.
They asked for a photo of the paint number page that was sent with my canvas.
Ok here you go.
They asked what address to send the paint to.
Ok here you go.
They asked to confirm all the info was correct then they’ll send the paint.
Ok yes, here you go.
Keep in mind, these were all separate emails. Like they could e asked for all of that in one email. Not 3 or 4.
So then a WHOLE 3 MONTHS goes by and nothing was mailed to me. I received no other emails despite reaching out to them multiple times. Via email and even all their social media pages they have linked. I eventually ended up going to wal mart to purchase regular acrylic paint and had to mix a few paints to get as close as possible to the colors I needed. So with all that, the canvases are great but just be prepared to have to buy extra paint from elsewhere if yours dry out.

The product was satisfactory once finally. But the ten weeks delivery with no way to track the shipment to Canada was unacceptable.

Love my custom paint by numbers kit that I ordered as a gift for Christmas! I ordered early December and my order arrived a week before Christmas. Could not be happier with what I received. Thank you for making this Christmas so special!

I specifically looked for a company based in the US for a custom kit so I could be sure of receipt in time for Christmas. I also emailed this company to confirm this before ordering. I have an email stating the product is made IN New York. I ordered weeks in advance of Christmas. Tracking the package, I quickly saw it was being shipped from CHINA, and it was JUST delivered on 12/23, literally one day to spare! The product is packaged very basic and the paint brushes sent are very cheap. Image appears ok. But, there's NO reason to lie to customers. Maybe there is no company that creates these custom kits in America, but lying assures no repeat business. I almost didn't have a gift to give because I trusted this company with regard to origin of production and shipping. (NOTE: Lori's Paint responds to all 5 star reviews, but ignores those of with legitimate complaints. Also, there is no phone number where a customer could call for problems or to ask questions. That was a red flag but I didn't catch it. The thing is - the person I gifted this to was *thrilled* with it, but I just don't get why they could just tell me the truth about the origin of the product. Let me decide if I want to take the chance with regard to getting the package in time.

Shipping times posted are not accurate. Shipping is not days, it is weeks, not sure exactly how long it will be because I still don't have my product either going on two weeks. Even if product ends up being superb, dishonest shipping FAQs ruined the entire experience and I wouldn't recommend.

SCAM!
I ordered in Nov 2024. My order still has not arrived. I got a couple email responses but now no response for weeks. The order comes from China. This is far different than the 4-6 days they represent on their site. No phone and no response to my last 3 emails.
Update…order did show up. Finally got a response. I assume due to my review. I reduce my complaint to undeclared product from China, late delivery, and not responsive.

Christine was excellent to deal with. She was very responsive and helpful in assisting me to order a customized large size painting. And since Canada Post is still on strike, she went above and beyond to arrange an alternate shipping method so that I will receive my order in a timely basis. Thanks very much! I can't wait to get started on my painting once it arrives.

The quality of the picture transfer and canvas are exceptional. Customer service ranks high for service -based businesses. 100% recommend.

This is such a fantastic idea, received as a gift from my partner and I’ve been really enjoying working through my paint by numbers! The customer service has also been great, they were super quick to resolve a small issue I had. Would definitely recommend.

Customer service with this company is top notch. My package was “delivered” but lost by USPS and while all USPS told me was “it happens, sorry about it” Christine with Lori’s paint was more than enjoyable to work with and helped have a new painting created and sent out to me. Thank you so much!

Ordered their custom paint by numbers kit and could not be happier with the whole process from selecting the photo to use for my kit, all the way to delivery, as well as providing great customer service whenever needed. Would order here again for Christmas presents for sure. Highly recommend

Great product. Love the idea. There were some shipping issues, but they handled them very quickly and professionally. Definitely would order again!

I have had a great experience with this company. They respond to emails within a couple business days if not the same day. You can ask for a render of the photo so you have an idea of what it will look like. Best thing is to make sure the photo is as smooth and detailed as possible to get a good rendering for the pbn. Christine has been a great customer service representative. Will definitely be ordering from them again for my custom orders.

This is my second time ordering from Lori's Paint. I loved it so much. Very great customer service too. Absolutely recommend. Great custom gifts.

The paint received did not match with the colors of the picture at all - all the paint colors were way off. Everything was so much darker. I double checked everything to make sure it was not my mistake, but the entire image is way off. Mistakes happen so that by itself would not have been a huge issue if they would have responded and provided a new set of paints. I was not even asking for a new canvas as I could paint over what was already done. However, their customer service was non-existent. All emails and attempts to contact them were ignored and reaching out via social media resulted in being blocked, which seems to be consistent with other reviews. We made a polite request for the paints to be corrected and never got a response. I would have been buying a lot more of these as I love to paint and would have been giving them as gifts, but now I will be finding a more reputable site that stands by their product with better customer service.
