Most horrible game that was EVER…
Most horrible game that was EVER created. It has not only scammed thousands of dollars of my boyfriend, but it took him completely over. He pays and pays, for what? GEMS??? but these are essential for you to advance in the game, so these scammers who think they are smarter than everyone said, "Hey, we will let them get this far and get them hooked on advancing, THEN charge and charge for them to get any further!". These poor people fall for it and lose not only their money, but a 2 1/2 year relationship as well. WARNING: DO NOT EVER START PLAYING THIS GAME, IT CAME FROM THE PITS OF HELL.
Expensive to Play
Well after months of playing this game, I decided to stop and uninstall it for good. Embarrassingly, later than sooner. Graphics are ok. Game play is completely geared to get you to spend REAL money. Comradery between Guildmates was fun. After over a year and a LOT of money spent to build a Castle and an Army, I was attacked by Players who spent even more money to build their Armies and their Castles and was decimated 3 times only to start over again and again. If you plan to play this game and hope to survive from attacks, be prepared to spend Hundreds if not Thousand to do so. Sadly this is not an exaggeration. But you'll quickly learn this the longer you play. With the money I spent on this game, I could have bought 2 PS5's and a Top of the line 75" 4K TV. Everything about this game from Challenges to Mini Games is geared to have players spend money. With the money I spent, I believed I could stay a float in an Ocean of hungry stronger Players, but I couldn't even come close. After being attacked by another Castle for the last time who was easily stronger than me when I forgot to put up an 8 hour Castle Shield for protection, I decided, F-this and called it quits. Like I said earlier, If you're not willing to Pay-to-Play this game, then move on.
Could be a great game but fails in most every area.
I want to start by talking about a few features of the game that are pretty good. There are numerous kingdoms to choose from, guilds making playing more enjoyable, they constantly add events, and the graphics and overall game UI is pretty decent.
Now, here are some of the many problems in the game:
1) Profit. That's all IGG cares about... Every aspect of the game is designed for profit. They even make you research just to switch talents and gear. I could understand buying items to save talent sets or gear sets, but making you get your Academy to level 25 (max) just to be able to switch gear more than once is ridiculous. And, even if you research innate talents, you still have to buy talent resets because they're required each time you switch.
This point is actually something you could discuss all day long and never cover completely. If you want to be competitive, you find out early that you have to be ready to buy something. I understand that games only exist because of profit, but IGG really takes it to a new level. For instance, you can add jewels to gear. Oh, but you have to buy a tool to remove it without damage, or you'll destroy the jewel in the process. That's for every single jewel you want to remove and keep in tact.
2) Support. they added a feature recently and I lost all of the food from my bag. I wrote support. Will I hear anything? No, i'll probably just get an auto-email. Just like any other time there's a problem unless you try to dispute a transaction.
3) Imbalance in player ability. Because research is so intensive and takes so long, you'll be bullied by players that have been in the game for a year or more, before you'll be able to do anything to defend yourself, unless you invest in shields (money.) Get used to the term "zeroed." It'll happen all the time.
4) Real players. Half the accounts are either "alts" (someone's second, third, fourth) or they're bot accounts using gn-bots or something similar. Why? Because in addition to every project taking longer at ever level, the RSS (resource) level grow almost exponentially. So, i can't really blame people for having bots, but it really makes the game look like millions of people worldwide play it, but it's an exaggeration of reality.
5) Design. Although I indicated earlier that the game UI was pretty good. There are issues in the design. For instance, if you max attack you'll almost always do better than maxing defense. For that reason, most people would agree that defense research is useless. Wall capability is also a dumb part of the design. Basically, wall research is one of the longest, time consuming parts of the game, but most players abandon wall research when they realize that it doesn't stop anything unless you're level 25, stopping a level 10 player.
Additionally, if your wall is like 1M HP and you get attacked by a really strong player, your wall will take 60 days to repair. Unless, you take out the pocket book and buy a bunch of familiar packs to get Mole Shamman.
This might fall under one or two different topics above, but one thing I hate about the game is the ability for the ruling guild to assign vassal titles. The problem: some title give or take away defense or attack, or research and construction speed. Ruling guilds routinely give themselves titles that give them a boost, and give titles that take away boosts to competing players.
One example, the ruling guild in Brothia gives clown title to anyone that they're about to rally on. This again falls under bad game design and imbalance. It's not just a title, it weakens them so the ruling guild has an advantage.
All-in-all I hate certain aspects of the game and the company that created it. However, if the actually read their reviews, and what people are saying about the game, then maybe that can try to improve it so less players will leave the game. Seriously, it's a big problem and i'm not sure they even know how big it is. In the past four months, I've probably seen at least 4 dozen guild mates just decide to quit. They lost interest in constantly being attacked, and waiting on six months worth of research to be able to compete...
IGG dismisses you every time you…
IGG dismisses you every time you contact them. They won't even close your account despite asking for over a year and sending them the ENTIRE list of payments you made to them. They continually release "content" (pay walls) and use tricks to force players to keep pumping cash to them. The game itself is a joke. My entire guild and then some quit because they got fed up with the incessant cash grab and exploitation. They are incapable of promptly resolving real-time issues (payment system down, login issues, server performance issues, etc). Bottomline, they use fear and anything else they can think of to force people to keep paying even though the game itself is garbage. You will be more rewarded working a minimum wage job than deal with this assault on your mind and wallet.
This game is riddled with Bots
This game is riddled with Bots. If you like to play against computers with obviously an unfair advantage then a suggest Mario Bros or something because at least that is more fair.
Just deleted my two Lords Mobile…
Just deleted my two Lords Mobile accounts. Horrible they lied about shipping a product that never came. I ordered two things they sent me one tracking number. I received one package with only one of my orders. They are saying it at the post office and if I don’t pick it up in two days they will ship it back. I checked my online post office account, went into store and called no package. Lol I have never actually had this experience Before. Log out of both my Lords Mobile accounts told the crew to boot me and loot me.

Nothing Positive about this game
Just like other reviews of this game, I'm not going to post anything positive. This game is definitely catered to the P2P players. For all the money you put in, you get nothing back. Gems are the currency and getting any gems is hard. There's no way of mining for them or earning them. Players are definitely snot nosed punks (evidenced by having no manners; kids raised in a barn for sure) whose mommies and daddies pay for them to play and if they have a lot of time and experience in the game, they are allowed to bully lower level guilds and players. I've read complaints where there are cases of serious harassment between players and nothing being done about it. The company is just using their games to farm money from the people. I don't know if the company practices ethically within their company but when it comes to their paying customers, we have been swindled, even those poor schmucks who have paid a substantial amount of money to get decent in the game. For those of us who cannot afford to pay that much in, we are left in limbo in the game with no way of gaining any type of resources other than to pay more into a game that doesn't give anything back to their customers.
Since IGG has been able to create a cash cow out of their P2P customers they have not even bothered to revise game rules or practices.
No points or credit given for participating in special events. There is major difficulty in moving forward in levels because there is so much red tape (mostly evidenced by how much time it takes to get anything done). Even the packages that you can purchase do not offer what is needed most like speed ups, tokens, gems, VIP points, stars for the labyrinth. By that, I mean that if you wanted to purchase a package of just energy, or gems or speed ups, you can't. They come with a lot of things that you can't use or don't need. As a matter of fact, if you purchase a package, the offers usually come with chests that say "you may randomly receive". WHAT! There is so much obvious greed in the way they have created these "game packages". Everything that they do is for nothing other than an easy profit.
However, the only way to rid ourselves of this nasty, greedy, sorry excuse for a gaming company is to boycott them. Although people like me don't have any problem leaving this game, too many other people will complain but not act to bring these people down. Please if you have the same complaints as many others do, do not give them any more than they have already taken.
