They promised bonus credit when I made a deposit. They never issued the bonus. The customer service is designed to send you around in circles. I deeply regret ever visiting this site as I think it may be a scam.

So disappointed I chose this casino as it had 100% deposit match. I went to deposit witn the 100% match bonus activated. Checked the bonus code said my bonus And then after I deposited it didn't give me any bonus. I have been chasing chat and emails but they just say it's been escalated however the ai live chat bot is telling me a different story! Give my welcome bonus, bored of asking nicely. I wouldn't have deposited if I wasn't getting a bonus!

I have a fully verified account, I've provided a copy of my passport, proof of address, funding source and copies and all debit cards used, all approved and nothing has changed, no new changes or payment methods. The company states in emails that you will only ever be asked to provide these documents once unless any new payment methods are added etc and yet my account has now been restricted until I verify it. Locked out and absolutely no response to email.

Deposited 4 days ago and it said failed but transaction had cleared in my bank with a reference number.

Alerted customer service who said to be patient. After 24 hours I got back in touch to be told it had been sent to the relevant department. Asked for a time frame and was just thanked for my patience again while telling me about there hot and cold games 🤣.

Another 24 hours later I asked the same question - how long should this take and again the question wasn’t answered!

So this time I’ve emailed and guess what absolutely no response!

The customer service is shocking! Refuse to give any time scale when it’s their error and don’t even get my started on the chat. They take forever to reply and when you don’t reply instantly they close the chat so you have to start all over again.

Well they have 24 more hours and I’m going to send a complaint to the GA and also start a chargeback with my bank cause I’ve had enough. Shouldn’t have to chase MY MONEY.

Made a deposit on Saturday 15h March at 6pm via paypal for £50 which did not credit to my account, payment was taken from my account and it was confirmed by Paypal that it was sent successfully to Skillonnet.com (lordping parent company). Live chat informed, 5 screenshots of paypal statement, transaction details, transaction ID and transaction confirmation all sent. Was then told the payments team were looking in to their mistake/system error. Its now Tuesday 18th March and after 3 further attempts to get an explanation of what they are doing with my money on live chat, ive still not been given a clear answer. When making an ewallet deposit its reasonable to expect it to be credited to my balance and when their system encounters an error even though they have been sent the money, one would assume its customary to either get my balance updated or money refunded, ive had neither. I would have accepted a small wait for this, perhaps 30 minutes to a few hours, however its been 3 days they have had to sort their issue out to no avail which is quite frankly absurd. I will now have to forward this matter to the ADR and ombudsman for reporting and waste yet more of my time. Awful customer service

won 200 from 20 quid but made a withdrawel of 25 prior to winning. when going to withdraw the 200 the site said no more than 1 pending withdrawel at a time. what company restricts you from taking your winning out crazy. as most people who gamble know if its in the balance youll use it and lordping knows this hence why they do this in the hope youll spend it while they process you withdrawel.
