Avoid this company at all. I tried buying the AC unit. They don’t want to cancel it because it’s already been “proccesses” I paid for it on 4th of July, until now there is no shipping.

Worst company to buy a prcduct from or deal with their customer service. They do not advertise where their products come from, the delivery estiamate and lie about the dispatch time, I purchased a portable air con that was siad to be dispatched the next day and that was in stock, the neglected to advertise the product was in China and when I found this out and checked on the dispatch it didin't happen as advertised on their website. It's been just over a week and still no confirmation the item has been dispatched and their customer service team are now isgnoring my emails. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY OR BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE SCAMMERS.....

Ordered an air con unit. Company is apparently based in the Netherlands and when I saw it was being shipped from China I tried to cancel it as I don’t wish to wait months for it to arrive but was told you can only cancel within 15 minutes of placing the order. I’ve emailed several times and received one very unhelpful reply, and their phone number is a US based number which never answers. Complete scam of a company so I’ve taken it up with my banks fraud team. DO NOT USE THEM.

This is a scam company stealing money. Please do not order anything from this website. Those who already ordered through this website, please report this to shopify and shopify payments which will freeze their payment gateway and hold their money payouts. As chargeback will guarantee your money is safe, but still this is in a fixed timeframe.

Scam. Selling portable air conditioners. They are in China and do not send. Do not order or pay.

I ordered an AirCon just like alot of people on here, I think everyone is overreacting 😂 as long as it arrives within 2-3 weeks i do not mind, but if it goes over 3 weeks thats when you should be worried, I will admit I got worried when i read the reviews but i think everyone is genuinely just overthinking it, its a shopify store and most likely a dropshipping one so it is not the same as usual online stores. If you do not get any updates regarding your order after 10 days i would be worried and claim a chargeback through your bank, however if you are panicking after 1-3 days then you shouldn’t be ordering anything online in the first place with those kinda of trust issues. Again last time i will say this, chargeback after 10 days and before 6 weeks because visa transactions are solidified after 6 weeks and cannot be refunded to you no matter what!

I was concerned at first , but customer service has now replied and confirmed that my order has been shipped. I'll wait until I receive the item before making a final judgement.

Shipping took a while but products arrived in a good condition. I'm impressed.

As reported by others this company is a scam. Placed the order in UK pounds for air conditioners and the email receipt was sent in US dollars. Although the company is Loggist the payment went through WHOP PRIVATE. That’s when I thought it could be a scam. I contacted my bank straight away and they say my money is safe as it’s a pending transaction but they’ve also told me to wait around 4-7 days before starting a claim. Do not feel stupid if you have been caught out by this. This is my first time but it’s hot, I wasn’t thinking straight, desperate to cool down. These scammers find our vulnerabilities and pounce. Makes you sick that we can send people to the moon yet the internet still allows these companies to have a platform. There are enough scam warnings on Trust Pilot yet nothing happens. When will the honest people of this world be protected as well as the fraudsters!

Ordered AC like many of the people here and I fear they don't exist. Tracking number remains as "processing" and, whilst loppist did reply to my email yesterday, it has been 5 days with no update. I also have been give no expected delivery date. I also notice that they have removed the listing from their site...

Ordered an air conditioning unit but my friend checked the selling site 😡 so now panicking that it’s £200 thrown away . Hoping they respond to my emails asap .

BIGGEST SCAM I’VE SEEN.

Ordered an Aircon unit and they list them as available for next day delivery when they don’t even exist. Taking advantage of people and their money because of the UK heatwave. DO NOT ORDER AS YOUR MONEY WILL TAKE WEEKS TO GET BACK.

When I contacted them, they responded quickly and guided me well with my order.

Scam, Ordered an aircon unit which was meant to be sent the next day. No progress on the delivery, no replies to emails, contact forms or phone calls. Clearly a scam
