I have started wearing Loow since November 2024.
My girlfriend bought me my first pieces from them, as I was not aware the company.
After wearing merino clothing from numerous brands for the past 20 years, I can confidently say I have a good experience in regards to merino.
Loow clearly stands above anything else I have worn so far.
From the fabrics they use, to the finished product, I cannot fault them.
Since the initial gift, I have purchased more items from Loow and plan to continue doing so.
If you're not familiar with the brand, I would wholeheartedly recommend them.

I love that I can select the weight of fabric in so many refined colors. I opted for the 220 because I was looking for something hardwearing. I am very happy with the material.

The fit is perfect for me. I think this is due not only due to the shirt pattern but also the weight of the fabric.

LOOW offers a lot of options at competitive prices. I will be back for more.

Easy to find what you need and fast delivery after order given

I ordered a product "Merino wool socks". The product I got was 45% merino wool - the rest is plastic. I am not impressed! Furthermore the time from ordering until I got the item was so long that I thought something had gone wrong with my order.

Stil hooked on Loow it simply works

I bought the T OLS 220. They accidentally sent me a returned shirt and couldn't replace it with a brand new one, because the color was out of stock. They offered me a 50% discount on the shirt, which I was satisfied with. I like the wool fabric and the shirt fits very well (I am 180cm, 70kg and slim build - the shirt is size M), although I'll have wait and see how durable it is.

Fast, honest with prices, good quality

Generally, I am very satisfied with your products and service. However, in the last delivery I received 3x4 HS 50 socks. When ordering I thought they were pretty thin, but after having started to use them I realize they are not. They are pretty thick. First of all I blame myself. However, I think the information about the product was not very clear.

i bought a T-shirt and i love it, i can not go 2 days without wearing it. it delivered within 2 days and i am not planning on returning it. it is my favorite T-shirt of all time

Perfect customer service
I had a few questions to my order, and had to ask for assistance - and I got all the help and information and flexibility possible. Then a small misunderstanding happened, and Loow anticipated that it might have been the case, and reached out before I even had the chance to notice. And again everything was sorted out very well. Oh, and the orders were basically restocking on my part, I love the products.

Like the clothes I got plenty - comfortable and look good. Some of my order got lost in shipping - the customer service rep has been really great about first trying to track it down and then just replacing the missing items.
