Terrible business

Terrible business. As many mentioned please avoid this company. I bought a box in October 2021 with a shipping label that was created thru FedEx Nov 18th. Now January 2022 I still don’t have anything and from the “SHOP” app the tracking number that is more than likely fake is showing in Round, Texas since Nov 18th. I have reached out with no responses. Terrible business. I ended up getting ahold of my credit card company to dispute and get my funds back that way.

Horrible Customer Service

After 4 months and 20 emails later, I finally just ask for a refund because they never even started my ordered but took my money.
Not once during the multiple emails did they offer me an alternative box for the theme that I wanted. Not once did they offer me another box that they could get to me in time ​because they were having a problems with the one I ordered. Not once did they offer me as a inconvenience a piece of merchandise to keep me as a new customer. This was my 1st order with them and they didn't care. So I asked for the refund. They didn't even try to keep my business or again offer me a subscription box or a piece of merchandise to show they felt bad for not giving me what I ordered. Find another service guys not this one.

Awful

Awful, awful company. I ordered the crate last July expecting it to be shipped in October. It is now Jan 2022 and still nothing. I get the same email from them over and over telling me the crate is due to ship in a couple of weeks. Then it doesn't and I contact them and I get the same lying update. I truly believe I will never receive the crate I ordered. Utterly terrible - avoid at all costs!!

Atrocious company

Atrocious company - ordered a crate in May 2021. It's now January 2022 and it still hasn't shipped. Their 'shipping updates' page just keeps moving the estimated shipping date further and further back. There's never any email updates or apologies for the delay, and when you complain to their customer service they don't provide any explanation for the delays. Avoid at all costs.

AVOID THEM AT ALL COST!

Unfortunately I have had the missfortune of dealing with lootccrate within the past 6 months to not get what I ordered, shorted when items did arive and crates still 6 months later not sent to find this out...

On 08/11/2019, the company filed for reorganization under Chapter 11 of the federal Bankruptcy Act, case number 19-11791.

This permits the company to continue to operate with court supervision while developing a plan of reorganization.

Those with monetary claims against the company are advised to obtain a Proof of Claim form by writing to Delaware District Court CM/ECF, 824 Market Street N. 3rd Floor, Wilmington, DE, 19801 for resubmission to that court.

The case number should be entered on the form.

Too bad you cannot give negative stars

Too bad you cannot give negative stars. This company is the worst. I have been a customer for a very long time and the service has been on the decline long before Covid. I have not received anything for eight months on a bi-monthly subscription. If you contact their customer support you get the usual, we’re sorry this is not the experience we want out customers to have. It is always the same form email. I hate when customer service tries to apologizes, run your business professionally and you wouldn’t have to apologize. They need to sell to someone who can run it properly, oh wait they already did that and the service got even worse. I know that is hard to believe. They just need to close down the business it is too far gone to save.

Scam

That company is nothing than scam. I paid order in June, in december they still hiding behind covid transport problems to be able never send goods. I write them every 14 days, multiple time asked for full refund, they completely ignore it.
Don't send them money, you never get your crate.

I got robbed by these guys of 6 loot crates out of 7. They were sold at a deep discount. Still got one would maybe try them again. They may be back in business. They do have cool crates if you actually get them. ROFL 3 out of 5 stars want to try them again.

HORRIBLE!!

HORRIBLE!!! When I tell you I have been waiting MONTHS for an order… this is ridiculous. They gave me a non working tracking number too. 30 days ago they told me it would ship. Check back today and the tracking does not exist. I called my bank and told them that they never provided the product promised and sent them proof. Do not waste your money on this company. The need more experience in what a “business” is.

horrendous rip off

horrendous rip off. ordered in JUNE, its nearly december. given the tremendous upcharge on surprise items, you would think they would allot some of their profits towards more employees and a trained customer service representative. every interaction with their team has been unpleasant and accusatory, despite several “receipts” on my end promising that the items are in transit with falsified tracking numbers. do not do not do not order from them.

If I could I would give negative stars. Not only did it take a MONTH AND A HALF they stopped answering emails when they were "overwhelmed". The stuff was complete Garbage that was a relieved. Don't waste your money on this scam.

Avoid!

Absolute shambles of a company! Takes money off people and then cant fufill order quotes cause they got more than they expected to. Also very slow in keeping you upto date with whats going on. If I could give them zero stars then I would!

Not worth the money - constant delays

Ordered a crate back in July due to ship late October. Shipping date was changed to early November, wasn't informed of this until halfway through the first week of November. Still no update, had to contact the company multiple times before being told the crate will now ship late November - no update received about this. Definitely won't be using this company again, especially given that other loot crate providers can get their crates out with minimal delays.

If I could give 0 stars I would. This company is atrocious. I have been waiting for over 2 years for a replacement crate, Yes two years. Every month they tell me they are very sorry and it will be despatched next month. Well here we are and nothing to show for a £100 Ltd edition crate.

DO NOT SUPPORT THIS BUSINESS

Order a 6 month loot crate- only ever received 2 pairs of socks, for $52.00 a month. Once I reached out to the company to have them explain there subscription and billing practices, I was told that even though I had not received items, was overcharged, I would not be receiving a refund or lost items. I was then charged another several months of charges that were never authorized. I reached out to be told that my account has been canceled once again no refunds. 6 month loot crate = a year of overcharges.

Subpar shipping and information

I ordered the Loot Anime Fury Crate: Berserk back in July and the order status is still unfulfilled.

The estimated shipping dates on the website are comically vague and on top of that they silently update it without so much as an email.

When I ordered this box I had the understanding that I would be receiving it at the end of September/start of October. Since then the estimated shipping has been changed to late October and again to early November.

I just wish I didn't have to dig through their website in order to find information about a product I paid for several months ago.

Needless to say I won't be using this service again. A terrible experience before I've even received my purchase.

Update as of April 2022: The order still hasn't arrived.

Don’t buy!

I have been waiting for more than 2 month to the crate and still got nothing.
Trying to get a service from the company is just getting an apology and sorry for delay but not service.
Right now it seems like a scams. Probably will never see a crate or my money.
