The Scam Company
They keep telling me that they will refund my missing crates, but they just won't actually do it. I have been asking them politely for two years now. And all I get in return is "Please be aware we are currently processing and shipping crates. We appreciate your patience with us." Over and over and over and over again.

Ordered end of 2020 3 crates. Delayed the first one until February 2021 and still waiting on the others in April 2022. They sent emails apologizing several months ago, still get run around emails when trying to follow up.

They don't even deserve 1 star. Should be 0. I got a broken item, box it came in was not dented or damaged at all. You can tell the item was packed in the box broken. Asked for a replacement and got the run around at first, but finally got them to say they will replace it, but they told me it will take 8 to 12 weeks. It's bee. 20 weeks now and still nothing, they keep telling me they are backed up. I asked for my money back and no response over and over again. I'm also waiting for my remaining money back cause they are discontinuing the hello kitty crate. But still not response. They company just keeps taking and won't own up to their issues.

I have ordered a crate back in september the item did not arrive due to “delays” by february i was so frustrated i requested cancellation and refund on march 8th i did not get a response until i opened a new ticket on march 14 and spoke to a manager they told me i needed to send the paypal email due to the transaction being so old okay no problem send and done fast forward to april 9th still no refund and they haven’t responded since march 15th to my messages while i send them every 7/10 days one this is terrible

Awful, AVOID, AVOID, AVOID. They owe me 2 crates from over half a year ago. Customer services has just stopped responding to my messages. Honestly the customer services must be up with the worst in the world right now.

Crazy delays, but fab items
I know the other reviewers are really angry about the delays in posting the crates out.
But the company nearly went under a couple of years back and they’ve struggled ever since.
I’ve always received my crates eventually and they have lovely official license items on it. However I have stopped my subscription now as the long wait it’s just too much now. I would recommend maybe if you live in the US as I think that’s where they’re located.
But overseas it’s a struggle anyway a long long time.

Ordered the Junji Ito crates. Ordered the first one in August. I’ve now paid for three of these crates and haven’t received anything except excuse after excuse. Constantly saying they’ll ship by the end of x month which they’ve been saying since October and nothing. Horrific service.

Been waiting almost half a year for my 2 crates I ordered to arrive and my order is still saying unfulfilled. I've tried writing an email but apparently the recipient's mailbox is full.

This company is a scam, they steal your money and dont send any crates! NOT a legit company - Avoid like the plague!
Edit - after sending several angry messages and emails I managed to get a full refund of almost £130 they took from me without bothering to send the crates so DO NOT give up if they owe you! Would never do business with these grifters again they should be shut down and investigated for fraud asap.
2nd edit- I managed to get my refund by threatening to send several emails a day until I got what I wanted, and by threatening legal action when I did not get my money back by the date they promised. Hope this helps others to get your money back, don't give up and let these vile scammers win!
Delaying tactics on unfullfilled orders
I have multiple premium crate add ons which are now coming up to a year old late and every time i questioned their support about it I was always told it was due to driver shortage and should be arriving soon but never did.

Excellent quality cancelled out by awful customer service
Excellent quality apparel, bust customer service is god awful, they do not update you if there is a delay, they simply do not care. Ordered in November and still being given the run around in March, I've told them I am unhappy with the customer service and they just tell me I can cancel.

Wondered where my order was, so checked on order history. Still not dispatched, so clicked the contact us link, and sent off an email. Had an 'Undeliverable' auto reply stating that recipient mail box is full! Really doesn't fill me with any confidence that my order is going to be fulfilled. Guess their inbox is full of messages from people wondering the exact same thing

Order two crates Sep and Nov 21, haven’t received anything so far emailed loot crate asking about the crates they keep getting pushed back and I was finally told at the end of Feb 22. Now I’m there’s an update to the shipping March - April. Horrible service can’t get a hold of customer service.
