Lootbear scammed me for my skins, account has been frozen for months.
Subscribed to their rental service for 7 months now, a month after I got lootbear ultra, I was flagged for multiple account holders?? My brother also has a membership with lootbear, my account has been frozen since march 11th, and they are still billing me monthly.
I've asked their customer support for help that never came. Now I have 450$ worth of skins stuck in lootbear, I cannot withdraw, cannot do anything.
Do not use their services, they have no customer support that is helpful, "Julia" who i've been talking to is by far one of the worst representatives you could have for a company. She doesn't care about you, she's on a hourly pay just sending bot replies. You will regret. Waste of time and money. So use at your own risk!

Edit 15 may 2023: Problem solved, I'm able to retrieve all my item from LootBear after posting this review

I have sold on lootbear for slightly over a year, and made some decent money. The first issue is nobody warns you that your skin is stolen. It leaves me with such a bad taste in your mouth. However, eventually they will reach out, which will send you an email(make sure to keep notes on what was stolen). It takes way too long and should be automated. Luckily, it doesn’t happen too often (for me 99.2% of the time it’s not a problem).The big one is, you cannot rent out unique floats or unique patterns or stickers, it will be stolen. Not a big deal, more so annoying. They tell you if you ask, not too, so not a big deal. I would however like a change to this in future, and keep notes of your skins if one is stolen.

Cool service but slow support
Really cool service, fits me great considering I play CS in different periods. Also nice to be able to switch skins when I have gotten tired of them.
Negative: The site is veryyy glitchy and wonky and the the average handling time for the support is suuuuper high. You should really improve on the support side of things considering the state of the website, you gotta remember that this experiencing issues and not getting fast help will deter customers from using your service.
