Low quality clothes
Low quality clothes, lengthy delivery time and bad customer service.
I ordered 10 items 3rd Sep 2020 and I used a discount code for 40$ at purchase of four items. The clothes are not cheap why I expect some quality.
Weeks after I have still not received all items. Items received are one and I now have 3.
I was contacted by customer service (support-at-loosesize.com) that 2 items were sold out and if I would like to order other clothing items? No thank you, I replied, please refund me. I was contacted several time about the calculation of refund. The discount would be subtracted by some random fraction per item (not a relative weighed factor). Hence the discount would not cover 4 items in the remaining order.
I was contacted again that 4 items were sold out and if I wold like to order something else? No thank you, I replied, please refund me. And please note that one of the items you already informed me about. Please list the items you are indeed able to ship. However I got no reply to this request.
I am still waiting for possible 1-2 item and has not got any refund for the sold out items.
The pictures on the website does not show how low the quality of clothes it is. The fabric is poor and synthetic. The dress I ordered was very short and I would not dare to use it without shorts or pants underneath.
21.11.2020 Update: After receiving e-mail reminding me to review the 10 piece ordered items I replied that I only received 5 items and was still waiting to be refunded. The respond was if I would like to order other items - No, please refund me. I was told to be patient and a 13 days waiting time for refunds must be expected - I replied I would look forward to immediate refund as the last correspondence was in September 2020 (60 days ago).A week later I have now been refunded the sold-out/missing items after a none-logical calculation not presented to me (a discount was in the equation).
I only use one of the clothing piece as the rest is of very low quality, not fit for wearing. I estimate it will be torn/worn out shortly and I will not be re-ordering.
My rating was changed from one to two stars as I was indeed refunded, however not the amount I expected.
