Highly Recommend

Based on my experience dealing with Loorolls.com so far, we will be moving all our business to them. Their products are good quality and well-priced, and the service is superb. In terms of the delivery and packaging of our goods, everything was perfect. They were received on time and well packaged.

Awful company and Andrews excuses are…

Awful company and Andrews excuses are silly. Placed an order first time. Had to contact them to find out when delivery was. They sent items, missing stuff, wrong items and failed to supply some items. Had to chase them up and they did not have the professionalism to tell us they couldn't supply items they claimed to have but didn't which was paid for in advance. Then second order after a week we had to chase an order up as they didn't supply it, we had to email them. We were told they were waiting on items to come in. Turns out if we had not asked they were not going to tell us they couldn't supply goods paid for. Leaving us in the lurch, we questioned, why take an order for items they do not own, or can not supply. The response was

"Many companies have a stock list, but occasionally do not have the products in for various reasons (someone clears them out, the manufacturer is late with delivering)"

Its not occasionally it seems too often in our experience. If you don't have it in stock, a professional. Compamy informs you it's waiting to come in LOOROLLS.COM doesn't feel it ne essary. If you have sold it why take orders for it. Other companies manage to not accept orders or have out of stock displayed.

We used them a few years ago, same poor service, my business partner said to give them another try. Our stupidity.

They offered a refund because because they couldn't supply or did not own what we paid for. We took this and got an order delivered next day from a reputable Company. So what did Andrew do refunded the monies and threw his toys out of his pram and closed the account. Well it saved us a job.

Use at risk.

20 years behind on packaging waste

20 years behind on packaging waste. Nice people but routine problems with deliveries and an absolutely absurd amount of plastic and other packaging - they seem to not really consider packaging waste at all. Will be finding an alternative.

I would just like to clear things up, the reason for half of the delivery charge being passed onto you is we offer free delivery for all orders over £200 net. Your order had free delivery and we attempted to deliver. When Palletways attempted to deliver the first time there was a note present on the door stating you were not open until after 10am, this was not placed on your order and Palletways along with most other networks deliver from 8am. We then called you and arranged for it to be delivered free of charge again and when palletways turned up at 15.23pm you were not there? When i called you could have told us that you were open from 10-2pm for example so we could have delivered between them times, however you never stated a closing time like you never advised a opening time when placing the order. After 2 failed delivery attempts out of our control we then offered to meet you half way and spilt the carriage charge which you refused so we at that point had no choice but to return the goods back to our warehouse.

We have not once been unfair & we have remained professional at all times and i do not agree with this review.

I hope that our reply is seen by potential customers as this is what had happened & i personally think if it was me in your shoes i would of thought our offer was fair seeing as we are all businesses that need to make money in order to carry on trading.

A good company doing their best in difficult circumstances

There is no shortage of people and companies trying to profit from the current COVID-19 situation by ripping people off, or by scamming them. LooRolls is NOT one of these companies. I placed an order for handgel early in March and when it had not arrived a month later I feared the worst, especially when I saw that they had suspended their web site. However, I now have my gel and a personal apology for the delay. This is a good company struggling to do their best in an unprecedented situation.

I placed my order on the 16th March

I placed my order on the 16th March. Ever since, I've been trying desperately to contact them with regard to the progress of my order. Emails, calls, facebook messages have all gone unanswered. I have emailed Andrew, Ellie, the sales team, the "info" team. Nothing. When I did finally receive an email from Andrew (on the 28th March) and after a few email exchanges (to accept substitutes as some of the items I ordered are still out of stock), I have not heard anything back since. I just want to know where things stand and when I can expect my order. It's stressful enough, given the current climate, without having to add to it all by having to chase an order placed over 3 weeks ago. I appreciate they are currently faced with unprecedented demand and have politely expressed this in my numerous correspondence. But surely this is verging on unacceptable? £134 has been taken from my account, and no goods to show for it. Money is tight enough as it is... I really don't need this.

I have received a delivery confirmation from FedEx that states that my order is due to be shipped some on 4/7/20???? I sincerely hope this is the US date format??? Please can you clarify and confirm?

*Edit-I have just received my order... I paid for Trigon PLUS (antibacterial handwash) and I have been sent the cheaper, regular Trigon handwash. I paid the extra because I wanted the antibacterial property, not to be fobbed off. Please get in touch so I can be refunded the difference. Appalling.

5* Review! Amazing product and outstanding customer care!

I have to give this company 5 stars! I ordered during the mad virus outbreak and expected the website to maybe go down with the huge amount of orders they were getting or wait a really really long time, all was expected and fine, but my loo rolls have arrived much earlier than expected but I also got a really really lovely email from the owner Andrew who apologised for what he thought was a long delay due to the amount of orders they have had and just couldn't have been nicer.

They have been massively struggling to keep up but they still found the time to get in touch which means a lot.

Really great company and I will be using them well after the crisis as their customer care is outstanding.

Even under extreme stress of COVID-19 Loorolls.com are brilliant

This was my first time finding a company like loorolls.com. Since the whole world has gone nuts stockpiling and leaving nothing for the elderly or vulnerable people we struggle to cope ourselves
Being disabled (auto-immune disorders, asthma etc) I am classed as vulnerable and as asthmatics so are my children!

I placed my order at loorolls and expected to wait a couple of weeks due to shortages and staff working hard to fill back orders so after 10 days I decided to send them a quick email to find out a estimate for when mine would be ready.
The lady that got back to me is named Ellie and she checked my order told me what they were waiting for and then we managed to substitute what they couldn't get so my order could be shipped sooner.
I couldn't have asked for a better experience with loorolls.com and I will be a returning customer for years to come

Had to wait a while - I was warned when I ordered, but in this climate and the stupidity of people bulk buying in supermarkets, how can companies like this anticipate the sudden demand. Well done loorolls. I think you are doing a grand job.

Used to be a customer of theirs

Used to be a customer of theirs. Stopped as they were taking money for orders. Then after contacting them. They informed me they did not have the stock. They had no intention of informing us or refunding the money. Until we were forced to contact them.
However thought I would give them a try again second chance. Turns out they have done it again.
