The website for Loop Lasso specifies a "100% Moneyback Guarantee"...and apparently, they mean it. The loop lasso was not my cup of tea, nor did it hold the interest of my kids. Look at the videos of the tricks and you can get a pretty good idea of the toy. Still, with the guarantee, I thought I would give it a try. I ended up emailing Loop Lasso that we didn't like the toys and they did in fact stand by their guarantee for my two lassos, and even added on the money I spent for extra loops, which I did not expect. So, great customer service.

Simple and so much fun! I don’t understand it so it must be magic. We are entertained and so are the kids. We have watched all of the great videos on the website re-creating the tricks. What a great toy. This will be my go to gift for the never-ending birthday parties.

Great company! We received their product as a gift but it was missing a part. I contacted them and they promptly sent me the part without forcing me to ask the gift giver for the receipt, etc. can’t wait to use it!

this EXPENSIVE loop stringy thing is just such a LOW quality and the string is tangaling from the 3rd use.
it came as a dropship from china and the low quality shows it.

I thought the Loop Lassos would be fun and interesting because of videos I’d seen online. The information I read was clearly stated and convinced me this exciting product was more than a toy. So I ordered 3 LL’s for teen and tween grandchildren. Turns out I was right! The LL’s were a huge hit — for our whole family!! In fact I’ve ordered more for the kids’ dads, who were also intrigued — and one for myself, too!!

Great customer service for a small company just starting out. Keep it up! Great product too! My grandchildren love playing with them!

Bought 4 for Christmas, kids are having a lot of fun, it is definitely a skill toy so kids that are not into learning new things may not enjoy this (although all kids should be encouraged and pushed to learn new things).

Unfortunately, one of them stop working after like 45 minutes, I contacted customer support, they were helpful and responsive, and my replacement unit is on the way.

I recommend the product and company.

My brother bought two loop lasso's for my kids and noticed one of the lights were staying on one of them. Emailed the company and got a response very quick and quickly started the process of replacing the faulty one at no charge. Very pleased with the quick response! Great product and great customer service! Fun for kids but also fun for adults! Highly recommend the Loop Lasso!

We purchased 3 Loop Lasso Nanos for our kids for Christmas. Unfortunately, one of them did not work out of the box. I reached out to the company and they are sending us a new one at no charge. I sincerely appreciate their help and the replacement. The kids are having so much fun with the other 2, these things are so awesome! Great product, great company!

This was the biggest hit of Christmas! Not only did the kids love their Lasso Loops, but the adults LOVED playing with them! And the company backs their product 100% and responds to ANY questions right away!!! I will be buying more of these!!!!

I bought one for my 10-year-old grandson for Christmas. He absolutely loves it, as well as all the adults! Then my 16-year-old grandson said oh I wish I would’ve gotten one of those. After contacting the company I have received quick response and they have responded to my query and said that they will look into my issue immediately and will update the matter as soon as possible and will update accordingly! Items arrived as promised. I bought two loop lassos for my twin granddaughters and I know they are going to love them. The company offers videos to teach different moves and I think that is great! I’ll be showing them to the girls. Great Christmas gifts!

I used it with my Bible class about God’s energetic Spirit around us. I enjoy bringing visual effects in when I do my lessons about different topics and this worked well. I will also be doing a book reading for children about a whale in the ocean and it will be great to use this to show the waves in the ocean. I love special effects and I am looking forward to using Looplasso in many ways in the future.

The product is great It is fun and buy for me and and for Christmas present
The only is that you need some practice in order to no mix the lace and reason I put a 4 star besides 5 is maybe they need to explain better when it is a international delivery that can take longer that expected
