I ordered two mugs for my daughter-in-law that were unfortunately damaged in shipment. The customer service person, Meetchy, was great. Problem solved quickly and easily.

Customer reviews should not be used to monitor employees. A sign of a weak company. My agent was great. But I won't shop again. Respect your workforce.

Customer service was prompt, easy to work with, understanding, and helpful. A mistake on my end (ordered incorrect size) was able to be corrected on their end. Super thankful! This is my second order with Look Human and I was extremely pleased with the first, now even more so with their customer service. I can’t wait to receive this order!

I accidentally messed up my order and didn't realize it until the order was placed! I reached out and asked if it could be fixed; Meetchy was very friendly and accommodating and the problem was fixed by the next morning. It was so great not to have to worry about making a return.

Fast response, kept letting me know it was being processed, then came back to say my replacement was on the way and I could donate to a charity! Awesome service

Meetchy was a great help. I told them the problem (broken mug), provided a photo, and now I have new product on the way. 10/10 service.

Mary was incredibly helpful with assisting me in replacing some items that were broken during shipping. She was prompt to respond to my emails and had the replacement items shipped right away.

I accidentally bought the wrong phone model for my new phone case so I needed to exchange it for the right model. I got on their chat and Meetchy was able to exchange it and order me the correct one right away for no extra charge! Now I have the proper case coming and couldn't be happier with the excellent customer service! This is why I love shopping for cases from Look Human, such an amazing company with crazy high quality products! My old case from them on my old phone was so strong and durable that it never had a scratch on it after over 3 years of owning it and my phone was practically indestructible! Plus the design was to die for! Love you guys to the moon and back! <3

Meetchy went above and beyond with the level of customer service that they provided. I have been ordering from this company since before the pandemic and will continue to do so for funny t-shirts and stand out facemasks!!

We received our order only to our dismay we discovered that our stickers were not in the package. We contacted customer service on a Friday and had everything straightened out the following business day. The shirts we did recive went beyond our expectations very nice and held up well in the wash. Extremely excited to receive our stickers thank you all so much for making everything easy and pleasant!

Meetchy was very understanding of the difficult situation I was in with the shipping issue which was not their fault and handled it with professionalism and care. The order arrived on time and the shirts were a huge hit! I'm so grateful for Meetchy's help and I will definitely be ordering from LookHuman again in the near future! Thanks again! :)
