You need to change your courier. Delivery time is too long.
Delivery take almost a month to reach. Too many promo code is also quite confusing. I thought the promo code applies storewide but that's not the case. There are different promo code for different brand/item. However one can only apply one promo code. So It's a trial and error and see which code gives the beat value.
