I ordered 4 x beauty of joseon products on order to avail of a special offer. it clearly said i qualified for a free beauty of joseon dynasty cream 50ml but this wasn't in the order when it arrived. When I queried it with your agent Jasmine she told me it's a limited offer and when it's gone it's gone. Surely in this age of modern technology your website could take down the offer when the stock is gone. Im very dissatisfied on this occasion as im a long standing customer of LF

I ordered on Sunday night, delivery is advertised as 4-6working days, delivery is planned for following Wednesday which is 8 working days. The order was a birthday present and treats for sleepover. Very disappointing especially as the delivery wasn't free.
