Misleading shipping policy and EXTREMELY poor customer service
For over a week, I tried to place an order that was well over the 35€ threshold for free shipping, as explicitly advertised on the website.
However, at checkout, the free shipping option was completely missing. The only options were Standard (5.99€) or Express (20€) delivery. THIS IS A CLEAR CASE OF MISLEADING ADVERTISEMENT.
I contacted customer support FOUR TIMES and the experience was appalling. The first two agents were unhelpful, the third told me that the company does not offer free delivery to Greece, directly contradicting their own website. It took a threat of official complaint to consumer authorities for a fourth, more competent, agent to finally issue a 6€ credit voucher to cover the shopping cost.
While i appreciated the final solution from the FOURTH employee, the hassle, the waste of time and the blatant misinformation from the support team were UNACCEPTABLE.
The company needs to urgently fix either its website or its customer service training!!!!!
