Be aware of low resolution templates they offer and never warn you. Check twice before sending Looka designs to print because there's a good chance you won't get what you want. Overall greatly disappointing.
Also, customer support stops supporting as soon as you confront them with unsatisfying feedback.

Looka was an excellent experience for me from start to finish, and I'd especially like to thank Frank in Customer Service for going above and beyond to handle my request in such a timely and professional manner.

I’ve used Looka a few times for different company identities as I’m not a graphic designer. The process is fast and easy, and I’m happy that I can get all the files I need formatted and finished. Great service.

Works well with all your design needs with great templates, inspiration and creativity for your particular needs.

Looka is the best. Uncomplicated and easy. A lot of inspiration, really great!

They ripped me off. I paid €60 for my logo and it was debited from my account. I can't download containers without registering now.

Then I registered and it's just gone...

Total scammers!!!!!

According to my records, I was charged US$95.88 three times for the same logo for my company.

3. Invoice number E7B8D5D3-0003 + receipt number 2128-5281 dated August 9, 2024

He only considers his own needs. Poor functionality. There are many different neural networks that make better quality and are also free, I work all over the world, flights to other countries are not blocked.

I really appreciate how much the support team cares about your time. Even though I encountered some issues with the website, they solved everything as fast as they could. I feel safe and happy knowing our website’s back-end is in good hands.

Customer service is non responsive.

I've emailed almost daily for a week now about transferring my purchased domain to another host and have received no response.

Editing on 1/28 to point out that they replied to my review but have yet to respond to any emails. I have emailed various times during their office hours.

I paid for access. When I realized the logo won't work and was not ADA compliant a week later and was a simple and free design on about 100 other sites, they said there are no refunds. I understand i should pay something but, a full year full price when i can do nothing with this is BS. find a free site or something better like canva at least you pay for what you get.

Frank was great helping me to clarify charges on my account, and helped me cancel a renewal that was no longer needed.

Great user experience and even better customer support, particularly Bonnie who is a gem!! Highly recommend.

I can't say that the overall experience of designing a logo was easy for me. But, not really my area of expertise. Luckily, the customer service at Looka is amazing. They hold my hand in real time and follow up. Frank is the best!

Couldn't find an important logo but Bonnie was super quick and helpfult hank you.
