Honestly it’s like false advertisement for everything when it comes to support payouts but you guys are so quick to take people’s money. Bait you with early wins then they get real
It started out okay. God gameplay and got my redemption. Then the next time after waiting two days just for approval I cancelled and played again. Then three days later after no approval I cancelled. That’s my fault I guess although it seemed like part of the plan… Now since then I’ve spun over a hundred and forty times with my coins being at the very top of the game now for almost two weeks and have yet to trigger the big bonus. Also you can spend 5000 dollars if you want and unlike most of the other platforms there is no rewards for money spent or the massive amount of spins it takes to hit your bonus after the first victory and redemption. Don’t get too excited when you get a win out two because after that the algorithm resets to be sure they get their money back and then some. I have two roommates who played separately with the same experience. Take heed or not but don’t say you weren’t warned.

I submitted a redemption request on June 10 to the same account I always have my redemption deposited and I get an email stating that they’re having an issue that my bank rejected it which I didn’t think having a locked card would rejected. I’ve sent an email because they said to critical to send it immediately and I did and I cannot get a response except for it AI generated response you get to every email once you’ve sent it to them and I still haven’t gotten my money nor a real person to respond. They are very quick to take your money
They are very quick to take your money, but when it comes time to redeem your winnings, suddenly everything slows to a crawl.
I have promptly completed everything they asked for — verification, documents, bank card confirmation, all of it — and it has now been four days with no redemption and no real update. That is unacceptable, especially when no other casino I use takes anywhere near this long.
What makes this worse is the lack of urgency or transparency. If you’re going to accept deposits instantly, redemptions should not feel like pulling teeth. It gives the impression that payouts are intentionally delayed, and that’s not a good look for any casino.
I am seriously considering deleting my account after this. As a big spender, I bring value, referrals, and repeat business — and this experience alone is enough to make me take that elsewhere. Casinos live off customer trust, and long redemption delays damage that trust quickly.

The customer service on this website is trash. Once again, I am on day 6 waiting on my redemption for the second time. You’d think after you’ve already redeemed with them it wouldn’t take days still. I don't know what everyone's problem is but, they are exactly what they say they are and do exactly what they say they do if you're a smart enough person to follow simple directions. Updating my review to a 1 star. This has been one of the most frustrating experiences I've had at a social casino. My first few redemptions went through without a problem, but this last one has been a disaster.
After waiting for 31 days, I finally got an email saying my redemption was processed. When I checked their website, only half of it had been paid.
I've reached out multiple times to support without a response. It is extremely frustrating to wait that long of a time just to only get half of it. I am not even sure if I will be receiving the full amount. I've read other reviews and it sounds like they will be cancelling my other half of the redemption and having me resubmit it again because of a "security check" or "bank issue" (I have redeemed much more money from social casinos to my bank without any issues).
I am very disappointed in this right now. Will be updating my review to a better rating after I receive the money, which will likely take much much longer.

I requested a redemption from LoneStar Casino on May 31 for the second attempt as the first attempt was submitted on May 22. I still have not received any response in regards to this request other than an automated response via email to my requests to have my request expedited. It was an instant withdrawal from my account when I purchased the coins and there has been nothing instant about the redemption and I expect to wait 1-4 days as is typical in the industry. However, 18 days is overboard and borderline deliberate withholding of funds rightfully requested.
