Good sound advice about my upcoming trip to Bali. I went to the Mayfair branch and I had good honest advice on the vaccinations I would need and the risks involved.

I was traveling abroad and became in need of post exposure rabies vaccine. I was able to easily make an appointment with LVC that fit with my travel schedule that had me in London on the day one of the injections was scheduled. The team (Victoria) was very responsive and helpful in making arrangements. The fees were also quite reasonable. A brilliant clinic filling an important role for people in need.

Easy to book as plenty of availability. Straight forward and received a quick but though assessment. Not the cheapest option but felt the price was reflected in the service

Although we (my husband and I) had appointments booked for later in the day we popped in to see if we could be seen earlier and we could. Craig undertook a very thorough assessment of our medical information and previous vaccinations. He then advised us of our options and administered extremely well the vaccinations we requested. Craig, the nurse was very thorough, taking me through all the injections I would need for my trip to India. Very helpful and gave me plenty of detail about what each jab was for, when it would need boosting and what to avoid when in India, setting me up perfectly for a safe and healthy trip!

Very friendly and informative regarding what vaccines I required. Happy comfortable manner and very good at administering each vaccine injection with no pain or irritation.

It was quick and good service . The staff were very friendly and there were no long queues.

I forgot the lady’s name but I visited the Liverpool Street branch. She was super helpful and although we ascertained I did not need a vaccine (I brought an old travel certificate with me) she still took time to talk me through the potential travel risks for my travel. She was amazing and gave me helpful advice on the different malaria tablets plus the potential side effects for each tablet. She gave me leaflets for my friends and I. Highly recommended.

Efficient and thorough. Good information regarding my trip in addition to the vaccine options which I appreciate. I see others refer to expense but I didn’t research this much as I was doing this short notice and wanted something quickly. They had many vaccines other places could not provide in our time frame.

We booked a 20 minutes appointment for BCG vaccination. Annie was super thorough and explained everything properly. Made sure I was comfortable .She made sure it was safe to do the vaccination without a test. We ended up stayed there 40 minutes. Definitely 💯 positive experience.
