We did share a timetable with you and made several adjustments based on your requests, as your availability changed a few times. During our phone conversation, everything appeared clear and you seemed happy with the arrangements at the time.
At this time of year, very close to exam season, our classes are extremely full and spaces are limited. Despite this, we made every effort to accommodate your preferred timings. Any slight delay in responses was due to us carefully checking availability and ensuring we could offer you suitable slots.
We would also like to clarify that lessons had not yet begun, so we didn’t have the opportunity to demonstrate the quality of teaching and support we provide.
With regards to DBS checks, all of our staff are fully vetted in line with our safeguarding responsibilities, and as an Ofsted-registered provider, we operate under strict compliance requirements.
From our side, we did make considerable effort to assist and accommodate your requests, so we are sorry that this has been your impression.
