In my honest opinion, and in my experience, Dr Hillman, Consultant Psychiatrist at the London Psychiatry Clinic, demonstrated a marked 'couldn't care less' attitude, alongside an abject lack of tact, which is hardly the 'safe and supportive environment' he allegedly creates.
I just spoke to a women called Jackie, she was awful I asked her to address me by my name and not keep calling me Sir in a patronising way, I asked her a couple of qeastions about the service and she said she doesn't know anything and can not answer any questions and when I asked to please stop calling me sir she continued and said she can not help it like she's a robot i was trying to explain something to her and she hung up on me, what a rude obnoxious women
