Very sickly and too strong
I ordered 30ml of inspired by sauvage elixir and inspired by silver mountain water. The sauvage elixir smells horrible and way too heavy with spice. The only reason I have given 2 stars is that the silver mountain water smelled moderately similar to the original, though it is ridiculously strong and sweet and makes me feel ill being near it. I reached out by email and haven’t received a response. I would be interested in getting a refund if possible.

This is my 2nd order- the first wasnt…
This is my 2nd order- the first wasnt delivered by the courier. And guess what....this one ended up being delivered to a pick up point miles from my house, when I had asked for delivery to my home address!
Two out of two pretty poor service.
Last time the company sent me a complimentary bottle to say sorry. I am NOT looking for a freebie I want a refund for something I haven't received and I am not able to collect from the pick up point, because unlike DHL and this company im busy at work doing my job right!!
Ive tried calling the MOBILE number listed for the company only for it to go straight through to a generic voicemail by the service provider.
Refund please!!

I’ve been using this company for many years now, and I honestly don’t think I’ll ever switch to another brand. The quality is always consistent, the scents last long, and the price is very reasonable. They also have a wide variety of fragrances, and I’ve become genuinely passionate about many of them. Because of that, I’m not even interested in trying other perfumes. Highly recommended!

Not what it seems
I liked that this company could make a discontinued perfume for me. This cost £13.99 including postage which was reasonable.
I then had the choice of ordering either 2 x 100ml bottles for £60. Or 4 x 50 ml bottles for £65, both including free shipping.
I ordered 4 x 50ml as smaller bottles are easier to carry. However I only received 2 x 50ml bottles. So I’ve paid £79 in total so this has worked out quite expensive. I have emailed the company but had no response so far. Just be aware of this. I won’t be ordering again. I’m very disappointed

28th October (13:52): You first emailed us about your order.
28th October (15:24): I tried to call you personally on 07506677048 to explain the situation and provide reassurance. I’ve attached proof of the attempted call — you may also find my number in your call history.
28th October (16:30): I then replied by email from contact@londonperfumefactory.co.uk — it’s possible that message ended up in your spam or junk folder. You can scroll down to see the email history below this email as a proof.
For your reference, here’s the content of that initial email:
" Hi Anne,
You’re absolutely right — your order was for 4 x 50ml bottles for £65.
We’ve sent out half of your order first so you can start enjoying the fragrances right away, and the remaining 2 x 50ml bottles will follow next week.
Thank you so much for your patience and understanding — we really appreciate it! "
31st October: You sent a follow-up email.
3rd November: Due to the weekend, on Monday, my colleague replied confirming that the second part of your order had been dispatched.
7th November: You received the remaining items.
Your order was part of our Phase 2 custom-made fragrance service, which is entirely bespoke. Because we were temporarily short of one key ingredient, we decided to send the first half of your order immediately so you could start enjoying it, and dispatched the remaining bottles as soon as production was completed.
I completely understand that waiting for the remaining items may have caused frustration, and I’m genuinely sorry for any inconvenience this delay caused. However, I do believe your review may not fully reflect the steps we took to communicate and complete your order.
At London Perfume Factory, our goal is always to provide exceptional service and truly unique, made-to-order fragrances — something we take great pride in. I did write an extremely negative review based on my experience, however the company has since contacted me and offered refund and compensation. Admittedly it was months afterwards, but the communication was excellent and they ensured I was happy with how I was compensated. 🙂

Would recommend
My perfume didn't arrive on time unfortunately, but I contacted LPF and they refunded me the postage cost which was great. It wasn't their fault, just slow mail around Christmas time. The perfume itself smells lovely and really close to the original. The recipient likes it. The only thing I would recommend was to use a slightly larger box for the perfume as it was stuck in there and was impossible to get out without ripping the box open.

I don't usually wear inspired-by fragrances; however, these are amazing. I have had multiple compliments around the office. I now wear them daily for work, and they last all day. It has saved me using my £150+ fragrance every day, but there is no difference in scent lasting. I will be using these now forever. Also, no 102 has a great kick to it! Thank you!
