Very disappointing experience.
Admin was very poor. The consultant was completely unprepared had read none of the data about the case and applied no analysis to the patient.
I certainly would not attend this establishment again

I initially had a very positive experience with Dr Ralph Abraham at London Medical. Communication was quick, and we were able to secure an appointment promptly, which was reassuring given the urgency of our situation. The consultation fee of £395 was taken in advance without issue, and the appointment itself went smoothly.
However, things fell apart after the consultation. We were led to believe that Dr Abraham would be dictating the report immediately and that it would be sent to us shortly. Our appointment was on a Tuesday, but by Friday we had received nothing. I followed up by email and was told the report would be sent that same day, yet it still did not arrive.
By Saturday, having still heard nothing, I emailed again to raise a complaint and request a refund. This has been ignored so far, and we are still without the report.
Given that we approached London Medical with an urgent issue, the lack of follow-through and communication after payment is extremely disappointing. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I cannot recommend their service.

Didn’t like it. Payment upfront before your appointment. Bring your own blood results or be charged for them to be repeated. They have a tea and coffee machine but not offered and I wasn’t told I could use it. Was asked for a urine sample and there was only one toilet. Someone else was asked for one just after me and kept trying the door. No one likes to pee under pressure. The nursing room had the door open. I was called in and the nurse walked off ahead of me. I didn’t enter because another patient was in there and it felt wrong to go in when someone else was being seen to. No privacy curtain. If you are paying a premium to be seen here there needs to be better facilities and more privacy. Consultant appointment itself was fine but the rest really wasn’t up to scratch.

This is London Medical in Maylebone for the avoidance of doubt. I went to collect some blood sugar measurement patches from their pharmacy. After waiting just over ten minutes while the Phamacist chatted on the phone, I was then told they didn't have any. No apology for keeping waiting and ignoring me and no idea when they would be back in stock. For a medical establishment who advertises as one of the leading Diabetes centres in the UK this is rubbish if you cannot even get the basics necessary to keep managing the disease. The clinic was full of staff chatting to each other and not one patient. I guess others got the message a long time ago and have found a more professional establishment.
