One of few companies that offer single ferritin tests and they are the cheapest. Arrived in post quickly. Came with clear instructions. Their communication is good. Answering my emails and notifying me of dispatch and receipt of test kit. The result came back 2 days after they'd received my blood sample.

Sent sample for Hba1c on a Tuesday, received confirmation of arrival next day, result received on Friday. Could not ask for more although......for those who have not used the service before, be aware that you are asked to post the samples only on a Mon, Tue, or Wed.

The test was easy to order, came within a couple of days, did the test on a Monday, if you follow the instructions, getting the blood out is ok. Got my results by Thursday, it’s probably quicker to do it this way than go to the GP. EXCELLENT.

Stupid amount of blood required from a finger prick, used all needles but could only get a few drops so couldn’t send it. Waste of money. And then wanted me to pay for it again with a tenner off
If you don’t bleed much from a finger prick I wouldn’t waste your money or time

Posted my blood sample one day the results came through via email the next day at teatime, very impressed.

Consistent, accurate, reliable results

Very simple to use and precise results quickly. I've used the service many times and there is a wide range of tests.
Let down by the Post Office once who failed to deliver sample within a reasonable time.

It was very simple and fast process, from the purchase to test.
A point that could get better is the time to answer mail. But it is important to mention that the company answered all my mails.

I have used LHC previously and was delighted with the service. During that cholesterol test I had no problem taking a blood sample, in fact I was amazed at how much blood came from just one attempt. However, I rather naively presumed the same would happen with this second order (which was 2-years after the first) but I was wrong. Consequently, I had to request a spare kit but oh my, what a palaver. We have exchanged 3 emails and I still do not yet have my replacement kit. I rang the number given only to be told to contact you via email or WhatsApp. Why oh why don't you give more precise information in your answerphone recording, i.e. please send us a photograph of your used kit to clearly show your ID or order number?

Good company, did exactly what they said. Test results arrived in a few days. My only dislike is the posting, you can only post Mon to wed which I understand the reasoning but it was very difficult to work with that time frame given my working hours and post office times.

The kit had everything needed but looked a bit too much at first. Set everything up and went to extract first but if blood from finger tip. Lancet worked great, nice blob of blood formed and scooped into tube. Then it started getting messy. My blood clotted so well that I needed to use another finger . Cue blood from the first finger staring to flow again. Ended up using all thee lancets supplied, so they knew what was needed. Blood collected I stuck a barcode on the tube, put tub in bag and managed to rip the sticker for that bag. Luckily they provided a third sticker, to be retained by the user, which I used instead. Photographed everything. Logged onto site and completed all the details that were mandatory plus most of the non mandatory ones. Popped the package to my local sorting office so the sample wasn't sat in a post box in the heat. Kit received Friday but waited till Monday to collect sample as stated in instructions i.e. only post back Mon, Tuesday, Wednesday. Posted about 2: pm Monday, recept acknowledged Tuesday 12:15, results emailed Thursday afternoon. All good. Worked perfectly. Would definitely use again.
