The worst service and company to buy from. Don’t waste your time. What do you mean that gas bottle depreciate with time? It’s not as if you get the same bottle. It changes each time you place an order yet they don’t want to give the deposit you paid on the bottle back. The behaviour of the guy who runs this company is so out of this world. All hell broke loose just because I requested they come and pick up their bottle. It would not have been the case if I had ordered a refill. I genuinely don’t need the bottles any more because I’m moving out of the premises but it’s not a reason to be nasty to customer that have been ordering bottles from you for well over 2 years. I will never recommend you to anyone cos picking up a bottle should not be too much hassle. You said I gave your driver the wrong door code, how did he knock on my door cos he would not have been able to come into the premises. You also said he took a photo of the premises and left. Why did he not ring me or knocked on my door. Why does this pick up need to be done so discreetly? Your company doesn’t worth one star!

This is a very good company. The website is easy to navigate, they offer FREE next day delivery and their drivers are always happy and helpful. Cannot say enough good things and would highly recommend.

Got a delivery this morning, the driver noticed that I’d hurt my shoulder, said no worries brought the gas round the back for me and retrieved the old cylinder no fuss very polite, couldn’t recommend more highly

The best service I have received in years! I am going away camping this weekend and needed something quickly and hassle free and found London Gases. I placed my order at 1:30am on Wednesday morning and by 8:30am the same day my gas was at the door, I had received an email stating they were in the area and could they deliver a day early?! I mean when does that happen?! Fantastic, I have already recommended to 2 people for gas and will continue to use them myself, absolutely brilliant!

This company never lets me down.
I live on a boat and use 13Kg Propane bottles. No matter what time in the evening, I place an order, the replacement bottle arrives next morning.
Without fail, the guys who deliver are both friendly and really helpful.
Can't recommend them enough.

Very impressed with the service. Pretty much all hobbyweld gas distributors local to me are collection only, and the ones that do delivery are very expensive. LondonGases have free next day delivery which is excellent and the price for the refills are near enough the same as getting it from a local distributor

I've used London Gases several times now.
Gas prices are competitive compared to buying at the garage forecourt. And massively more convenient to only have to lug a cylinder delivered next day from my front door than having to hunt around London for stock.

We have a water carbonisation for home use. Much better value than smaller C02 bottles.
I have been using them for years; they offer great services and a great exchange process with the bottles.
I have occasionally ordered other products again, all with very good services.
