Money grabbing
Firstly the good thing: The guy who built our garden room was an excellent craftsman who cared about getting it right.
Unfortunately there are some serious problems. Steven, the owner, took every chance to increase costs once I was committed, despite claiming at the start that the main benefit of going with him is that everything is included. In the end I paid 20% more than the original quote despite adding nothing into the spec.
If you do choose to do business with them get everything you can imagine about costs and specs in writing up front.
