If I could give it zero I would.
Booked to have dead wisteria removed and a hedge prune, explained in contact the wisteria was 3rd floor and higher . Also asked for rubbish removal - quoted £3 for extra large bag. Advised that we don't have parking permits. They arrived on the day, wanted money upfront. Ladders weren't long enough, then wanted £60 for rubbish removal . In the end they returned the money and left with out doing anything. Waste of time staying home for the day. Serious lack of communication between people booking and people in site.

We are absolutely delighted with the work that the London Gardeners team have carried out for us. Leo and his team are ultimately professional, considerate, reliable, diligent, flexible and perfectionists. Charming to work with. The project was delivered on time and on budget. They were unfailingly flexible as we nuanced our design mid project. We have no hesitation in strongly recommending them.

I am more than pleased with their gardening service! From the moment I called them I knew I was in safe hands. They explained the procedure, gave me a good price and completed the job on time and as required. I will definitely hire their gardeners again!
