We have been customers at London Place West for many years and are impressed with the great care taken when filling our needs. The Pharmacy fills our every prescription, phones us when it is ready for pick-up and even delivers if necessary. The Collection Diffuser we bought is performing to our complete satisfaction.

Excellent customer service
low price best quality.Important think is free shipping over $65. As Same amount If I do order from Amazon it’s cost me about $40-60 for shipping to Northern Territories. But luckily we have London drugs.

Generally really like London Drugs but when calling why do we first have to listen to a spiel about Covid 19 before selecting a department? Please include "Covid Info" as a number to press just like "pharmacy" or "photofinishing".

The service received was professional and polite.
The technical department met all my requirements. I was notified with the information regarding the failure of my PC. I was told when to expect the repairs to be completed. Everything was efficient and information relayed in a timely fashion.

I love London Drugs and how they came through for us during the pandemic! They worked hard to keep their shelves stocked and they really support the community and the environment with their recycling services. I value their integrity, their generosity in helping communities and I will always be a loyal customer to them!👍😀💕

I brought my Apple computer to London Drugs computer repair in Ladner BC because it wouldn’t boot up. After dropping it off and the service guy running “diagnostics” on it he came to the same conclusion. It doesn’t
start up. Now I’m out $55.00 to find out what I knew before I brought it to them. I’ve always been a loyal customer at London drugs but honestly this is a scam.

Looking for a product I wasn't sure about online I asked the woman that approached me in the cosmetic section about the return/ exchange policy. I found her demeanour belittling and unhelpful. She was an older blond caucasian woman. I was trying out the colours of some liquid liners that were opened, and she told me I cannot do so. I was a little confused when she said there haven't been testers since COVID-19, as there were different sample products out for the different brands that were present. Saying if I wanted to try, I would just have to buy it. I left and purchased the products at the Shoppers Drug Mart near me. She didn't offer any product recommendations or inquire about what I'm looking for - just remarking there are different time windows of return for different items (when I thought it was pretty obvious I would be asking about the only product I was holding up). I don't come across such unpleasant service often and she made me quite uncomfortable.

Ordered online for first time. I chose expedited shipping was is supposed to take 1 to 3 days. It has not been 5 days and when I called, I was advised the item has not even shipped yet. No one can tell me what is happening, they just shuffle me from one to another department and no one responds to my email inquiries.

I've place an online order for 2 PharmaSystems Large Pill & Vitamin Planner - PS270 to be delivered to nearest store (3-5 days) I called after a week and they said there was a mistake twice and delivery was made to a wrong store. The store manager assured me that the third time they are going to get it to the right store. Next phone call in a few days from the store was to inform me that they made another mistake and my order was shipped instead of Burnaby, BC store to Calgary, AB. After cancelling my order i have received email stating "Your Order:  02158890 cannot be completed. After further review it appears we are unable to complete your online order due to payment processing rules." No apologies from London Drugs.

Lonsdale location in N. Van Macbook repair & data recovery after severe water damage - excellent, efficient, & very reasonably priced service. Highly recommended. They have apple trained techs. My beloved "vintage" 2014 macbook had water damage. I went to the Apple store at Metrotown 1st & they said no hope for repair or recovery of data. I still hoped for saving the data. They suggested I google a data recovery service, but might cost >$1300. On an off chance, I went to London Drugs on Lonsdale. Within a couple hours, they called to let me know they could recover the data, but could not save the computer. It cost ~$200 for them to make a backup of my data. Friendly service. I will go to them 1st for any computer issues in future. Thank you very much Cam. You guys need to advertise this service more.

I called the Kelowna store computer department for a battery replacement for my MacBook. I was quoted 90 dollars for parts labor and tax. My wife dropped off the computer and was then advised that it would cost 160 dollars. I called the store and was advised from Jesse that they must have "miscommunicated" the price. I advised them that. my wife has wasted her time . I asked to speak to a manager and was left on hold for 5 minutes when it came back ti Jesse again. He then advised me that the manager was out. When I went into the store I asked the manager Wendy to track who misquoted this price. She was unfriendly and said she did not know. I asked her to look at the schedule and she gave me attitude she said they could NOT honour price and insinuated that it was my fault not knowing the name of the clerk who quoted this. Then she offered me a 25 dollar gift card. Totally insulting. Dismissive Manager and the staff with her was condescending and insincere. Not impressed!

Bad after sell services , I baught a computer, msi codex r 1200$ , it did a blue screen of death on first setup and the customer services only tell me , call msi ... doesnt offer me any other solution as I have a brand new defect computer I want replacement or refund , now they are just ignoring me.

I purchased a 55 inch Oled tv online from London Drugs and paid over 1800 dollars including delivery of 139 dollars. Tv arrived during a rainstorm while we were home but the delivery driver left it lying flat on the ground at top of our driveway and didn't bother to tell us it was here. We didn't find it until the box was soaking wet and delaminating and we had to carry it down steps into the house. BTW I'm 79, wife is 63 and we paid the extra to get it delivered.
LDrugs said they would replace it but would have to pick up the damaged one first and gave me a day for the pickup to happen. I am writing this after 7pm of the promised pickup day. I waited all day for the pickup and nobody showed. Could have used the day for other things which needed to be done but I foolishly believed the promise. Won't be dealing with LDrugs for any more online shopping. Hope this saga ends soon. Still don't have the tv but Ld has my money and hope they are happy about that because I certainly am not.

Sagar Jadhar is an employee that works in the photo lab at London Drugs Prince George. He is always kind, helpful, efficient, patient and very informative.
His customer service is always 200%. He has always helped me with all my questions and does not leave until I have completed my photo order.
I have seen him interact with other customers and employees and he never hesitates to go out of his way to assist them and make sure they are directed to where they need to go to get help.
He is an absolute gem especially these days when companies are short staff and employees are burned out working longer hours and with fewer colleagues. Sagar never appears burned out. He always smiles and is friendly.
I really appreciate employees like him and wish him the best in his future endeavours.

I placed an online order with London Drugs Sep 11. When order had not arrived after 11 days I called customer service who advised order had been delivered? London Drugs kindly sent out same order again as expedited delivery to arrive same day or next day. Did not arrive. E-mailed London Drugs and they advised it would now be delivered Sep 27 or 28. Did not arrive. I called London Drugs, they investigated and Corporate Courier advised they had made multiple attempts to deliver and no one was home and no one answered calls. My husband and I are retired and someone has been home every day of promised delivery and phone line has been open. Also phone line has call waiting and shows missed calls so clearly courier is out and out lying. London Drugs has lost any future business with me over this and they need to seriously consider using a different courier.

London drugs pharmacy on lonsdale is a joke…. This isn’t the first time the line up is ridiculous, but honestly, a Hospital calls in a prescription for a surgical pt and they tell me it usually takes two days to get them ready but they’ll do a favor and have it completed in a few hours. When the other is due to get the next medication within the next half hour.
I personally would NEVER use them again.
So ticked off!

Have been buying stuff there for a while, never had an issue. Good staff. Fair prices, good products.

I recently purchased an LG smart tv at Davie location and wanted to comment on staff member Tim L. who was extremely helpful in aiding me in my decision in choosing which model of smart tv to purchase. I am a senior and not too knowledgable on the newer electronics and he was soooo patient with me and explained everything to me in a very calm and easy to understand dialogue. He is a real asset to your store and just wanted to let you know how rewarding it was to deal with such a caring staff member. A staff member Candy was also very friendly and helpful in my securing the tv set by placing it on hold for me until i could speak with Tim "again" regarding the purchase. Thanking You, Sincerely, B. We visited london drugs today and an employee she is white with very short hair and a bit old lady asked us to leave to store while browsing. She is racist. Is it becaise we are asian? We visited may 22 around 0430. She really followed us and askes us to leave in an angry voice. I myslef worked in retail but even pandemic we dony treat customerz like they have a disease or virus.

Kudos to a young gentleman at London Drugs at Northtown mall, Edmonton who helped me when I purchased a micro wave oven on May 16. It didn't fit in my grocery cart so he lashed it to the cart with wrapping tape and I was able to manage it on the bus.
