My husband got a 6 penalty notice
My husband got a 6 penalty notice , and we started looking for a solicitor as we thought it should be a way out . My husband already had a 6 penalty points so that meant he would loose his driving licence .
We spoke to many solicitors and companies , most of them wouldn’t give you information enough or would make the case sound very very hard leaving us thinking not reassured that my issue would be solved .Furthermore, one Indian solicitor wouldn’t even let me explain the case as he told me you need to pay £60 in order for him to have a look at the notice and other supporting documents . Then I found online Nicholas phone nr and spoke about my husband’s case . On the first call , he was so informative and knew straight way where is the point where we can fight against this decision without the need to go in court saving us a lot of money also.
We are absolutely delighted that police cancelled the notice and no further action is needed .
I highly recommend Nicholas , because he gave me all the informations and explained stages of the process without a fee being paid ahead .

Extremely Professional and Knowledgeable
Nick is an extremely professional, experienced and knowledgeable solicitor. I was most impressed with his practical and common sense approach to advising on legal matters as they relate to a road traffic offence. In my case a drink driving charge. I am almost certain that his counsel enabled me to walk away from the magistrates court with the most lenient of penalty's.
I would have no problem in recommending Nick and the services of his practice.

Nicolas presented my case in an exceptional way to the magistrate. He gave me very important advice to prepare the hearing, listened to my personal opinion of the case before the magistrate hearing. His speech to the magistrate was impressive and very professional. He offered also advise after the magistrate hearing.
