Easy to book Great value & great advice! Very friendly too!
Booking an appointment with GP was easy and straightforward. 10 mins or so later the video consultation started. GP was very experienced and friendly. She provided a great advice. A lot more than NHS GP did. Her advice helped to decide me what to do next. I took my mum to A & E and they are looking after her. Her sodium and potassium levels were critical. So I can’t thank her enough. Highly recommended!

We are sorry to hear that you were not aware of the additional fees associated with testing conducted during your consultation. All our appointments incur a consultation fee at the booking stage, and any additional services such as tests or medications dispensed incur an additional fee. These are discussed with you by the clinician during your visit and are also clearly outlined on our website. Additionally, the decision to proceed with any testing is at the discretion of the patient.
We sincerely apologise if this information was not communicated more thoroughly during your appointment, and we will certainly address this with the clinician to ensure better transparency going forward.
We are, however, pleased that the doctor was able to provide your test results within the expected turnaround time and hope you consider using our services in the future.

Very slow results
Careful about their timing. Some tests are next working day, some are several days later. You might spend £450 on blood tests because you need them urgently, only to find they are as slow as the NHS...

Dr Fenton was amazing on 27/7/24 at Victoria. however my partners experience was totally the opposite the following day 28/7/24 with another doctor at Victoria who didn’t share his name. It was terrible, unfriendly and unsupportive so based on this I may not return in the future.

We do believe that we have already been in contact with you directly to resolve the matter on 5 August 2024, and kindly ask you to check your emails.
We understand that you have raised a complaint with on behalf of someone and we have taken the time to review your their notes and understand that they attended for a 15-minute appointment at our Kensington clinic. Upon discussing their symptoms and examination, the clinician noted signs of an infection and made a working diagnosis. We note that medication was dispensed directly from our medication stock in clinic for their convenience, and we can assure you that the medication is commonly prescribed to treat bacterial infections and the other is a painkiller which the clinician prescribed to help alleviate their pain. We note that the patient was given advice by the clinician that if their symptoms do not start to improve, they would need to attend A&E.
We are very sorry to hear that their symptoms did not improve and that they had to see another clinician for further review and treatment. We sincerely hope that they are feeling better and apologise once again that the consultation did not meet your expectations.

Straight forward booking, clean and presentable surgery. Pleasant and welcoming reception, Dr. was very professional and took time to listen to our concerns regarding our baby, provided their evaluation and put us at ease. Efficient service all round.
