Booked a deep clean ahead of my son’s first birthday. The house had been cleaned by our normal cleaner two days earlier and freshly painted so not much to do apart from deep cleaning wooden/tiled floors which I specified in advance. I booked 8 hours in any event (at £30 an hour). I had used the company before for the same purpose (two or three times so was a loyal customer) and so expected a great service (a special machine was used). However this time the cleaners turned up and said it wasn’t possible to clean the floors and the mop they had wouldn’t work. Refused to do any cleaning at all and left telling me to call Polina. I received an email saying the clean has been cancelled and was unable to speak to Polina or anyone in the office despite it being in working hours. Refused to return my calls. Extremely unprofessional. Avoid this company.

They stole plates and clothes from the house!

I didn’t actually see the flat after the clean, but we got our full deposit back and the landlord said the clean was great, so very happy with it.

I had an end of tenancy clean the day before the inventory clerk came to check the flat, and found cleaning was not up to standard. I highlighted the issue in an email to LCS, and was told I would be offered a refund and was asked to provide my bank details. After many attempts to contact the company I received no reply, so left reviews of my experience. I then called as I received a response on one of my reviews from the company rather than through email and was told I would not be receiving the refund, which did not honour the agreement. I continued to request the refund, again with no reply. I then decided to go through PayPal and raise a dispute with LCS where I was required to provide evidence. PayPal ruled in my favour and I was able to get my refund. I have since changed my reviews to reflect the update, but would not recommend this company due to professionalism issues.

My partner and I had one of your cleaners around for an End of Tenancy clean.
Besides the confusion when he arrived about us needing to vacate the premises we eventually agreed to go along with the cleaning. It wasn't made clear to me when I booked why or even that it was expected for us to be out before he arrived, but we had to stay as our letting agent directed us to check on the cleaning as and after it was done, and it's a good job we did. I presume we are required to leave the property so that we are unable to check on the quality of the cleaning?
Checking some of the most obvious places first, we found the oven had been done very poorly; obvious things such as light switches had been ignored; even though he verbally stated "I will move [the bed] to clean under", after we moved the bed, there was dust and other rubbish still present. Many surfaces were either untouched or lightly wiped including the fireplaces that retained dried wax; mug rings; the hob still had crumbs; radiators utterly undusted; kitchen sink left unclean; the dishwasher had not been touched; etc.
This was absolutely dreadful service. In addition to being incompetent, the gentleman was impolite, complaining and instead of explaining the format of the end of tenancy cleaning opted to have someone call us instead. It was like he couldn't be bothered to deal with us. He was insistent that we leave, presumably because he wanted to spend the time sitting around and was visibly irritated that we were still in the area. When finished, he didn't approach us politely or ask what we thought, simply left with a smarmy "good luck" and sarcastic smile. I do not need a condescending attitude from my cleaner and I am still absolutely incensed by this. The icing on the cake is that this man charged us £15 for parking, even though the road outside our flat has free parking on weekends and bank holidays (it was a bank holiday). I suspect that he kept that from you as well.
My partner and I took photos of everything, and we had to stay and complete the clean for hours after he left. This is not the level of cleaning I expect from a professional cleaning service - it should be of a higher standard than I can do. For reference, I personally spent an additional three hours cleaning the oven that he failed to do. This, coupled with the format of the tenant being required to leave the property, smacks of a scam to me. Had we left the keys to the letting agent in the state he left it in, we would not have received our deposit back.
See the attached myriad of photos as proof. Since we were forced to spend so much time performing an actual clean after his failure, I expect a refund in full, including the parking fee. Unless I receive a full refund I will be posting this information complete with photo documentation on as many review outlets as possible and help ward others away from your poor service. I am absolutely taken aback by such dreadful service; I approached you in earnest as a new customer and the first instance I get this. Very poor show. Perhaps it was just this one bad cleaner that let your company down, but regardless of that I am still a paying customer. I expect a response in the first instance, or I will be forced to contact Consumer Rights if I do not hear from you.

I booked them for an end of tenancy cleaning service, including windows, washing walls and sofas etc, I had just moved into a place and the people before hadn't cleaned before they left. They arrived hours late, didn't finish until 11pm at night, I had to find a cafe round the corner until they finished. The walls had not been washed, the underneath of the top cabinets in the kitchen had not been touched, the wall nights hadn't been dusted, bathroom was still not clean. All the basic things that a regular cleaner would do, they hadn't. I also found the people who came round quite intimidating, I am a single person and to have intimating people in your flat late at night wasn't a nice experience.
I did call and complain, it took a while for them to reply, and they wanted photos sent to them. They did say someone would come round to do it again but by that time I was moving in furniture and they said furniture would need to be out of the flat for end of tenancy cleaning. I would either avoid them or be really firm with them at the time as once they have left your flat, that is it.

Excellent service, professional, very hard working, friendly, did a great job, and determinedly so. Can wholeheartedly recommend them.
